Top Quality, Built Tough, Ready for Anything!
Overall I like them. only one con.

PROS: I purchased these as an option alternative to a traditional "ammo can". I use these to store and transport ammo. I comparison to my other cases which are BOYT, I have to say I am very impressed. The foam that is included is set up in multiple layers and would be very easily customization for any type of equipment. The handles are sturdy and the clasps are tight fitting.

CONS: The one only gripe I have, and this one just blows my mind on how they designed such a good case and didn't see the importance of this. The top and bottoms do not interlock for secure stacking. In fact they are actually opposite of secure. Its like the person that designed the top and the bottom didn't get along on purpose. I own 12 of these. I bought 7 at first and was highly depressed when I got them loaded and started to stack them and noticed they were not secure...I wouldn't say I would recommend against them, but I would rethink my project if I would have known they did not stack well. My only con, but it does bother me.

A good case. While not as solidly built as the name brands, at 1/3 the name brand price it provides immersion level protection while in the "dry box" price range.

PROS: Deeper case than most in this size range

Reasonable price makes protecting your medium cost items practical.

    Rubber coated handle is nice

CONS: Latches a bit hard to open and close

Sealing surface not as robust as the high priced cases

Manual vent valve, must remember to close

Bottom feet do not stack with another same size case

    As hoped for.
Pretty much exactly what I hoped it would be. Excellent for the price.

PROS: Seems to be tough as nails. Good atmospheric seal.

CONS: Harder to close than I expected but I think that might be a good thing and it can be hacked to be easier with a file if that's your druthers.

    Great Cases!
I just received two of these cases today. I purchased one to store my trackball and iLok for when I travel to commercial recording studios and the other as a backup for anything I feel worthy of putting in there. I'm super impressed with the build quality of these cases. I've used Pelican cases many times, and these are absolutely on par with Pelican products. The pull and pluck foam is easy to work with and well perforated. I'm hoping that the larger size cases are made to this quality. If so, monoprice is going to get a lot more of my money (as if they haven't gotten enough of it already).

PROS: Tough plastic, strong latches, nice rubber gasket and foam.

CONS: The only thing I can think to gripe about is that the pluck foam is only perforated vertically, which means that when you pull segments out, they pull from the entire height of the foam block. This means that you can't form the foam in varying depths throughout the block.

This is my second case from this series of Monoprice cases. GREAT value. Very protective and the internal foam is easy to work with. I will not hesitate to purchase another one when the need arises.

PROS: Strong, very protective, measures as described

CONS: Latches start out a bit tight but seem to break in well with use (not a big issue)

very very nice case for the price as compared to the other company ). the customizable foam is thicker than pictured or as it appears to be pictured. the pressure release valve is manual and the two holes for pad locks are 1/4 inch if you plan on putting locks they need to have smaller shackle. I threw mine at the floor with items inside and they survived so I am going to order more as needed and save major cash!

    PROS: Airtight, durable, black

CONS: foam is thicker than pictured

Weatherproof Polypropylene Case with Customizable Foam - (10620)
Just received the Weatherproof Polypropylene Case, another great buy from Monoprice. With all the pros mentioned the case has the ability to be locked and the foam is prescored to make whatever you choose to store in it a very nice fit. A camera body (less grip) fits well and will provide more than adequate protection. Very satisfied.

PROS: Airtight, waterproof, solid build, sturdy snap latches.

    CONS: None

This case works nicely for storing the body for both my 60Ds, for someone that is normal rough on their gear it's good to know that this is protecting them.

    PROS: Heavy Duty

    Customizable

It's really nice to be able to afford something of this quality for what I paid.
I bought this for casing a microphone and ending up customizing it to fit everything I need for a session. It has two layers of the pick and pluck foam so you can get creative with nooks for cables.

PROS: -Pick and pluck foam is oddly satisfying.
    -Customizable for your gear
    -Sturdy, rugged, and durable.
-The case sits evenly with lid up or handle up on its side.
-Perfect for a few small microphones, camera gear, external hard drives, cables, etc. My pair of small condenser monoprice microphones 600700 fit perfectly stacked in a 1" wide on the top layer of foam.
-Already looking for reasons to buy another

CONS: -I glued the foam to the case interior once I had everything set in place. Occasionally, the foam would want to come up with the object placed in it, if it was a tight fit.
-Not necessarily a con, but after opening the case, I took off the Monoprice sticker. It seemed to be peeling up at one edge. I'll sport the brand as much as I can, but the lid without a sticker was a perfect space for my name stenciled on it.
-There isn't any documentation with the item. It's pretty straight-forward, but I had to do some research on how to use the air pressure valve. There isn't info on how many or how deep the foam pieces are. A basic document with dimensions and how-to guide would be more advantageous than the random allergy medicine, wine subscription, and meal delivery samples included in the box.
-The way the case is designed doesn't look like it can be stackable with others.

    Rugged
The unit was exactly as I had expected it to be. I wish that more sizes were availablethe next two larger sizes are just a bit too small for my quadcopter.

    PROS: Good value, rugged.

CONS: I cannot fault this product.
