I didn't realize this mount was for a TV also. I modified it to accomodate my needs. The product was good except for the holes made for the wiring. Some minor cutting had to be done.

I bought this mount with the understanding that I was not going to use the existing mounting hardware. I used this rack with PID 6514 to make it a corner floating mount behind my corner wall mounted TV. It does sag back a bit with the weight of the components but tolerable so far
Yes I agree with the others here that the wire management is a joke. If you have a dremel tool, take the grommets out and cut the bottom and top of them if you want to run wires through the body and you will need to drill a hole through the back of the body to get them out. The wires I had were going to be too much to run through the body and the hole I would need to cut. So I choose to run them along the back hidden from view by the body. I am happy with the results

I received the tv mount very quickly. However, it is not as slick as it appears in the picture. It is basically a plastic tube with 2 glass shelves. Very 80s looking. I agree with the other writeup that cable management is nonexistent the cables just drape next to the tube. Also, the directions are a joke. It came with a piece of paper with 5 pictures that look like pencil drawings. There is no wording or explanation on how to mount or assemble so you are on your own. It took me about 2.5 hours to get it figured out and mounted. I also had a few extra parts left over too. I bought this for an exercise room so I can watch tv while on the treadmill so it is not a room that gets a lot of visibility. Looking back, I would have probably gone a different route.

The instruction need work! If you are not handy with tools and able to modify things on your own! Then don't buy this product. Now that I have modified the stand and thrown out thier tv mount, It looks great and happy with this product. In order to use the wire way you have to drill holes in the two piece grommets, then push the wires off to the sides in order to get the next grommet in.

Sure it looks good, but I wasn't sure how to mount it. It looks like it is supposed to mount to the back of the TV, but the holes did not match up. Pretty much had to figure out how to mount on the wall, the instructions were garbage. The cable management also is non-existent, it would be great if you could actually run cables through the hollow spine, but there are plastic grommets that prevent you from doing this.
