Adjustable Tilting SINGLE Desk Mount Bracket for LCD LED (Max 33Lbs, 10~23inch) - Black
Free space on your desk and gain improved ergonomics by using this Adjustable Tilting Monitor Desk Mount Bracket from Monoprice!
Using a desk mount bracket provides additional desk space by moving the monitor above the desk. It allows you to position your monitor at eye level, which reduces neck/back strain and pain from lengthy sessions in front of the computer.

The monitor can be tilted and rotated, allowing for easy conversion between landscape and portrait mode on the monitor. Questions and Answers
PROS: Very sturdy
CONS: Very big.
No dimensions provided by Monoprice.
No padding on stand - could scratch desk
PROS: Sturdy and well made
CONS: It's huge, can't swivel or tilt without a getting behind it with an allen wrench, no padding under the flat metal foot.
PROS: Mostly metal construction.
Probably could carry a 30 inch monitor or television, it makes my 24 inch monitor look tiny.
CONS: Hard to adjust vertically.
Takes a lot of desk space.
CONS: -extremely difficult to adjust
-poorly explained instructions
My iMac weighed 29 pounds on my home scale (before removing the original Apple® base). I modified the mount (added two zip-ties) to provide additional support to hold it in the proper position. It works fantastic now but it should work as advertised and not need zip-ties. The zip-tie solution works great but may not be aesthetically pleasing if the back of your computer is visible (not a problem for me as my iMac is in a roll-top desk and the back of it is not visible). Other than the swivel-ball joint not being strong enough, the mount is great - it seem to be solid and well-constructed. It would probably work great with a light-weight monitor/computer.
PROS: Better price from Monoprice than Amazon!
Can be modified with zip-ties to provide additional needed support.
CONS: No matter how tight you tighten the screws for the swivel-ball, it WILL NOT support/hold 29 pounds [a 27" iMac (Late 2009 model)].
After setting it up, i tested it to great expectations, and... it wobbled as i typed.
So I thought ok maybe I just did something wrong, took it back, re-tightened all the screws, and found that the one that connects the chrome piece to the circular piece that goes around the main support pillar was loose. Tightened it, tightened everything, re-set it up, and... it wobbled. Turns out the screw that I mentioned earlier gets loose as soon as it tries to carry my monitor's weight (which is 14 lbs, way lighter than the recommended 33 maximum)
This stand is way more trouble than it's worth.
PROS: Sturdy metal build
CONS: Included screws are terrible
Inconvenient to adjust
Thank you for your review and truly sorry to hear about the issues experienced with PID 5970. If I may ask, which part is wobbling exactly? Is it the tilt function or rotation? Do all the screws and holes appear to be threaded properly? If you would like, I can help setup an RMA for a replacement to see if it will work any better as you may have received a defective unit. We cover this bracket with a one year warranty and obtaining the replacement would be of no additional cost. If you wish to proceed with the RMA, just let me know and I can get that started right away. My apologies for any inconvenience and hope this helps!

PROS: There is no way you will ever tip this thing over if your monitor is under 27". This is gonna be stable as it can get. It can also raise the monitor a good 16" off the desk, meaning if you were a giraffe, you wouldn't have to bend your neck.
CONS: So ginormous that you won't have a place to put your keyboard or mouse. This stand takes up the whole desk.
PROS: Easy to assemble....Nice design..,.GREAT PRICE
CONS: Base a little wide..but thats OK..need to be for big 31 pound 27" iMac
PROS: Very sturdy and simple to set up. Does exactly what it should. Large enough to feel comfortable with a 27" monitor on it. Not the easiest to adjust but very simple.
CONS: No included spacers/washers for vesa mount to the qx2710. (I assume this is a fairly monitor specific problem so I don't hold it against the product. Just information for those buying this for that particular monitor.)
