    Great Product
I bought this product to run my home theater speaker wires and HDMI cables into my walls as easily and cheaply as possible. This product worked great and I will get use it again. The only problem I had was my own fault. When I cut the hole in the wall for the 2-gang bracket (PID 7014) I failed to realize that there was an electrical outlet installed on the opposite side in the other room. As a result the plate would not fit into the hole I had cut. I ended up cutting a notch in the plate to allow it to fit and everything worked out. Again, this wasn't a fault of the product but my own oversight. I mention it here so that others may avoid the same mistake. Otherwise this is a nice looking easy way to get cables into the wall.

    PROS: Easy to install
    Nice look

CONS: Not really a con, but pay attention to what's in the wall as this is a fairly deep unit

    Works Great
I used 4 of these to run a pile of wires through a couple walls. I didn't even bother with a box behind them, just cut the hole as small as possible, taped up the open drywall to stop dust, then screwed these straight into the drywall with some brass drywall type screws. Not as strong that way, but way easier and works well enough.

Don't underestimate how thick all your cables and plugs are, I was tempted to use the 1 gang but went with the 2 to be safe. Even at that I barely got everythign through and 3 gang would probably have been better.

    just what I needed
Fits well and feels more solid than the blank plates that it replaced. Easy to pull through cables even the thick ones.

PROS: Looks great and fits well. Comes with a set of screws to attach the plate.

CONS: Can't come up with anything.

    Nice product
Looks great on my wall. Hides the wires well and gives it that finished look. The screws that come with the wall plate are flat-tipped, so plan for that by either having a gang box behind it or by installing wall anchors that you can screw into.

    Good solution to cable management
This is a must product if you have many cables running behind the wall. Providing wall plates for each cable is a good solution in case of one or two cables. However, if you have a bunch of cables like me: HDMI, DVI, toslink, RG6, and component (all for TV) providing each with appropriate wall plate is a lot of work not to mention expensive. Besides, more connections you have more signal is lost. So, having Recessed Cable Wall Plate is a real solution. It is easy to mount and neatly keeps cables in place.

    Great piece of equipment
I have found nothing to complain about for this item. It has room to fit numerous large cables through, and looks good at the same time. Very pleased.

2-Gang Recessed Low Voltage Cable Wall Plate - White
Very easy to install, clean and professional look to running cables. Gives more room than the 1-gang cover, which is needed at the component side of the run.
