    This is NOT a fast charge cable!
    This cable is made very well, and will charge your device. However, keep in mind that this is not a fast charge USB cable like your OEM cable that came with your device. You will not get full charge current, even if you use one of the new 12V high current car chargers. Unfortunately, at this time, Monoprice does not offer a full current fast charge cable. Come on Monoprice! Give us a well made fast charge USB cable!

    Pretty, but delicate
    These cables look sharp, and they do a good job for as long as they remain intact. There is a flaw, however, in the design. The connection between the cable strands and the cable ends is very delicate, and does not stand up to repeatedly inserting and removing the cable from a device. The micro end, particularly, is vulnerable since it is removed several times during the day from my phone. After a couple of weeks of use, the cable's outer layer begins to separate and pull away from the connector, exposing the cable strands inside. It's only a matter of time before those are pulled away as well. I think the pulling and bending at the plug end create too much stress. A heartier protective layer at the connection point would fix this, but would also take away from the minimalist style of this cable.

    PROS: Look nice, flexible & thin, good data/power connection.

    CONS: Delicate, not built for repeated insert & removal.

    Poor quality
    Don't buy

    PROS: I like the small connectors. Good for a phone.

    CONS: Quality appears to be poor. I purchased 3 cables and one out of three had bare copper showing before the connector. That is a 33% failure rate. When I asked for them to be replaced, they said they are out of stock for a month.

We do warrant our non-electronics and cables with a lifetime warranty as well as a 1 year warranty for electronics.     Decent, not amazing quality
    It works for now, but because of the lack of strain relief (no molded connectors), I expect either one of the two cables I purchased to fail soon.

    PROS: It works, and has continued to work

    CONS: The connectors are not molded into the cable like you'll find on higher-quality cables, and are instead what looks like plastic clamps.

    Best cheap Micro HDMI cable
    Cables are one of the biggest ripoffs of the last 1-2 decades. Although, some cables (specifically micro hdmi) can really suck too. These are both cheap and work great. I have next to me an old Belkin cable where the cable won't stay connected to the phone. It keeps buzzing because it was slightly bumped and disconnected. I have to be super gentle not to touch the phone. But these cables you can literally hang your phone from the cord and it will stay put with ease. I highly recommend these.

    Much better than the others
    I bought the standard microusb cords and these for two different needs but feel these are a much better and consistent cable.

    PROS: Slimmer, better quality

    CONS: Wish it came in 6ft lengths as well

    Really good quality for the price
    We went through quite a few and several different types of these and they all kept breaking. The primary reason was bent pin as it couldn't hold the weight of the wire itself.



    We've had these for a few months now and we haven't seen any sign of bending.

    Great cable
    The cables are as described. When observing the recharge rates on my S6 when using this cable vs. a few others, the phone recharged faster, even the wire that came from Samsung.

    PROS: Inexpensive, nice quality, high performance for recharging smart phone.

    Great price and fast shipping
    I bought the premium cables to see what (if any) differences there might be between the regular ones (I also bought the ferrite core cables).



    Just received them so there's no stress testing as of yet. I'll update my review in a month or so.



    Great shipping speed, wonderful price, definitely worth it!

    PROS: Just received the two cables I ordered 2 days early and I even chose the cheap shipping option (Mail Innovations).



    Cables are well constructed though not as thick as I may like.



    Connectors fit snug into laptop and wireless keyboard/mouse.



    Charges quickly.

    CONS: None that I have experienced yet.
