25ft 3.5mm Stereo Plug/Jack M/F Cable - Black
The 3.5mm (1/8") stereo TRS connector is more commonly known as the Headphone Jack on portable mp3 players and mobile phones. This cable features a male 3.5mm stereo (TRS) plug on one end and a female stereo (TRS) jack on the other end, each with molded connector housings and strain relief boots. The cable is ideal for extending the reach of a fixed length 3.5mm stereo cable, such as the cable on a pair of earphones.
Soon thereafter some secret agent guys showed up and decided that the ability to extend my headphones twenty five feet away from the source was unconstitutional and I found myself face to face with some smoking man that claimed to be my father. Or something.
PROS: Dude, it's 25 feet of extended headphone usage!
Also, it can be used as a makeshift rope to pully things up to a second story window (not guaranteed to work).
CONS: Cables have this weird satanic-originating tendency to tangle. Also every now and then I hear the cry of babies and a whispered sequence of numerals when I use the cable. They turned out to be longitude and latitude coordinates to the original tomb of Tutankhamen.
It may, in fact, also have a life of its own. And I haven't confirmed if the cable is the product of good or evil. The crying babies leads me to believe the latter.
Cons the tip broke off inside the jack after not much use, leaving the jack essentially useless to anything else. Consequently does not stay in the jack well. However, it does work when pushed in.
My wife is ordering something right now from Monoprice.Com , the iphone extender battery..
PROS: Good quality product.
Great customer service.
PROS: Secure contacts and 25' length.
