1.5ft Ultra Slim SVGA Super VGA 30/32AWG M/M Monitor Cable w/ ferrites (Gold Plated Connector)

Despite the introduction of DVI and HDMI®, the common VGA connection is still the primary connection for most computer monitors.

This ultra slim cable is designed to handle analog VGA and extended VGA resolutions. The conductors for the three color lines are 30AWG coaxial, while the remaining conductors are 32AWG stranded wire.

The cable features gold-plated male DE-15 (aka HD-15 or DB-15) connectors on each end for smooth, corrosion-free connections. It includes ferrite cores at each end, which ensure that EMI and RFI interference will not enter your video system.

HDMI, the HDMI Logo, and High-Definition Multimedia Interface are trademarks or registered trademarks of HDMI Licensing LLC in the United States and other countries.

Currently using this along with other lengths and other cabling power ethernet as a standard solution for an unamed business chain in SoCal

Thank you for your great products pricing and availability!

PROS: great for business solutions where there is a tight fit such as rear monitor mounted PCs or KVS units

    Works as described
It's small, fairly flexible, and works well. The screws that bolt on the connectors are well made. Overall, the design is higher quality than mass market cables I've used before.

    PROS: 1) Flexible
    2) High quality connectors and screws at the terminals

    great little cable
I bought the 1.5' cables to connect a twisted pair box to a LCD display. This cable is perfect for this use.

    PROS: short, thin, nice connectors

    Simple and good cable!
I bought 30 of these to 'upgrade' a School Computer Lab that we now have nice looking desks, with a monitor and SMALL L300 client attached to the back of the flat screen monitors. The existing 6' VGA cable were tie wrapped, but coiled up and ugly! These are seen from all angles so my goal was to replace the bundled up blue ended standard VGA cable with these small ones. I have not finished yet, but the result is very nice looking. They could have been even shorter, but have only one 'loop' to deal with the extra length. I am pleased with the results!

PROS: Simple and minimal VGA sized cable (also all black, which is good over Blue as it shows)

CONS: Screws are hard/small to tighten by hand

I like the smaller plug and light cable for plugging directly into my laptop

    worked for my application

PROS: no problem, connected in a very tight space where I didn't want slack to hang down.

    doesn't handle stress
Using this in a school, projector to laptop. Right now, just bringing this down a wall and leaving loose to connect to the laptop/extender. The thinness of the cable is what attracted me, but i've had 2 different cables fail in the same way, just outside of the connector. Probably a good cable if connected & left alone, but if it will undergo repeated connect/disconnect, don't get it - go for the thick ones (which I have bought here & will again)

    PROS: Very skinny, good connectors

CONS: Connector ends do not handle stress of repeated connects & disconnects

    poor cable
There is no strain relief on the connectors and the slightest movement of the cable either pulls the wire away from the connector pin, or breaks it. I purchased 10 of these and in 2 weeks 4 have gone bad.

    PROS: None

    CONS: Many.
