BEST ANSWER: I don't see why not. This Hub is a 2.0 USB backward compatible with 1.1 USB. If you browse Monoprice search "7 Port USB Hub w/ AC adapter "go down the page and there a list of the Windows Operation Systems this hub is compatible with. I think you should be alright. Hope this helps.

Probably, I've been using Linux for years, never seen Windows 10. USB hubs I think are sort of transparent to the operating system. I also bought mine for a Raspberry Pi.

BEST ANSWER: Just plug the usb cord from the hub into a spare usb port then you have 7 usb ports from the hub.

Ahh I lost the USB cable for this, can someone let me know which replacement will work? I found this other cable on Monoprice (USB-A to Mini-B Cable - 5-Pin, 28/28AWG) it looks like it'll fit but I want to be sure it'll power the hub. Thank you!!

NOT a 7 port hub!
Very good- however, it's not a 7 port hub! It's a 5 port hub with an AC power jack and USB Output to hook up to a Mac, PC, etc. It works fine.

Perfect little USB Hub
I'm trying to share power- hungry peripherals between a work laptop (Mac Pro), a gaming desktop (HP Omen), and a personal laptop (HP Spectre). I purchased a hardware switch, but it only has a single USB out ... Enter this hub.
Out of three different, and much more expensive hubs, this is the only one that powered all the peripherals and was able to send data at full-resolution from the webcam.
Highly recommend this hub!

Older item good for old equipment with few ports out
light weight. not sure what I would use the type c imput for. . Handy if you have a one or two port laptop or desktop.. or you wanted to place your desktop much further away.

In a world of many choices, this USB hub does the job.
I bought a couple of these USB hubs for office workstations. They were a bit larger than expected, but solid and serve the purpose. Installation was quick and easy. Packaging was excellent. The power cord shorter than expected. I would recommend this product!

works well. The slide door that covers the top two USB ports is a bit of a pain to open sometimes, but other than that, it does what I expected it to do.
