    Okay as car headset
I primarily use this for my PS3 and I can pick up a lot of interference with my PS3 connected on on Wifi and if I turn up the volume levels on the PS3 to 3 or higher. It's not the most comfortable ear piece but it's not the worst. I wouldn't be comfortable wearing it for more than 2-3 hours without rest. I recommend this if you only plan to wear it in the car and casual gaming. Not recommended if you plan to wear it the whole day.

PROS: It seems to work just fine without too much interference in the car.
    Cheap.
    Volume buttons and mute function.
    Easy to pair.
    Solid charger cable

CONS: Interference noise can be heard in wifi enviroment.
Not the most comfortable ear piece.
    Ear piece feels flimsy

    4/5
It functions as it advertised. My only gripe is the design. An ergonomic design to better suit the ear would make utilizing the headset much more appealing.

PROS: - Functions with multiple devices such as iPhone, Mac Mini, PS3, XBox360.
    - Inexpensive
    - Battery Life

    CONS: - Not comfortable
    - The usb charger would be better off if it also had an actual wall charger

    Great product, missing cord
My first 'bad' experience out of many, many orders. I highly recommend Monoprice!

    PROS: Quality sound. Fast shipping.

CONS: Came without a charging cord even though the product documentation indicated a cord should be in the package. Monoprice guys: what to do?

Could not get it to work
Customer service was great with me on this. We tried numerous things, but eventually I was told that my xbox (the slim Halo Reach version) was not compatible... though I'm not sure why.
But again, Monoprice was great to work with because they rule!

PROS: Worked fine for a bluetooth device with my phone.

CONS: Could not get it to work with my xbox.

    Response from Monoprice
    Hello Mr. Zaugg,

Sorry about the trouble you had with the Bluetooth not working on the Xbox. Unfortunately Xbox doesn't utilize Bluetooth so a regular Bluetooth headsets wouldn't be compatible, but would require the use of a wireless headset that is compatible with Xbox specifically. I know Xbox makes a headset but its specifically compatible with the Xbox and has Bluetooth capabilities for use with Bluetooth enabled devices such as PC or mobile phone. Again my apologies for any inconvenience this may have caused you.

    Sincerely

    Poor quality
The headset was very garbled and had static noise on calls or when in game. I used this on my phone (Evo Shift), PlayStation 3 and when connected to the Monoprice Bluetooth adapter (PID 9386) for Skype. At first I thought the unit they sent was bad, but the replacement had the exact same issues. Monoprice of course handled the returns perfect and I have no issue with them, only with the product. I was surprised as MP products are usually great, but this was the exception.

    PROS: None

    CONS: Static
    Poor connectivity

    Buyer Beware
Even though this device has been UNIMPRESSIVE. I would be willing to adjustmy rating and review if I discover the solution. Also, I have been a customer of Monoprice's for at least six years and absolutely do love this company. I have purchased hundreds of items and all are solidly built. This is truly the first experience I've had that has been lackluster. I give Monoprice 9.9 stars. I give this actual product 3 stars.

PROS: Was unable to test for any Pros. This device claims to work with video game systems and mobile phones alike, despite the title. I purchased specifically to pair iwth mobile phone and cannot comment on its usefullness when paired with a video game system.

CONS: I had chatted with tech support PRIOR to purchasing this device and was told it would pair with DroidX. Unfortunately it DOES NOT work. I have followed the instructions to the T, and also I am rather familiar with these types of devices. Yes, it technically does pair with the DroidX. But when you attempt to make a phone call or pickup an incoming phone call, phone audio refuses to play through te headset. The audio simply wants to be played through the DroidX device. I did contact Tech Support again and they suggested that I fully charge the device and retry. I have done so and re-paired the headset with my phone and the results are the same. The only audio that does play through this headset are indicator beeps heard when initiating a phone call or terminating a phone call, much like is played on other headsets.

Secondly, but I did not deduct any points for this, the device has a slight cheap feel to it. For the cost of the device, I couldn't deduct any points.

Thirdly, the charging USB cable is unique. I like to have extra USB cables on hand and when traveling but Monoprice DOES NOT offer the ability to purchase additional USB charging cables. One would need to purchase the entire Headset which comes with one cable, in order to have an extra cable on hand.

    Tech support doesn't provide help
I purchased this headset to utilize with my Xbox 360 (According to this description and comments on this page should work) but I cannot get them to see each other. I contacted tech support but they are not sure. Anyone know if it does or does not?

    Not recommended
It works for phone calls, but you shouldn't buy it for a phone.

I purchased this device to interface with my iPhone, as I'm not a "gamer" who plays MMORPGs or MFPSs. I had been using an ear piece that I'd bought with my iPhone 4S many years ago at the Verizon store. That unit was $60 back then. I used it whenever I wanted privacy, including phone calls, watching videos, playing games, listening to music, and anything else using sound.

As far as I can tell, this device only interfaces with the phone functionality. No other device audio or app audio seems to be supported.

It's also uncomfortable to wear. The adjustable ear hook, which wraps around the back of the ear to hold the device on, doesn't fit my ear well no matter how I adjust it and it digs into my skin, and since it sits wrong the actual speaker doesn't fit into my ear canal snugly. Plus, the hook is flimsy: When I first ordered this the hook was broken in the package. I got my RMA yesterday and immediately disliked how it felt.

I have to say that it works with phone calls, but overall it's uncomfortable to wear and I'm disappointed with the capabilities, which is unusual for me with Monoprice.
