This bundle comes with everything you need to install, setup, and operate a high-quality video surveillance system. The cameras feature 420 TVL resolution and 1/4" Sharp CCD. They include infrared LEDs, which provide infrared illumination for clear capture of images in total darkness.
The DVR is designed to connect the cameras and distribute captured video to computers connected to the local area network (LAN). The DVR can accomodate an internal 3.5" SATA hard drive (up to 2 TB) and, if a hard drive is installed, will save captured video to the hard disk for later review and archiving.
Note that a hard drive is optional and is therefore NOT included in the bundle.
The DVR software includes the ability to setup scheduled recording times as well as recordings initiated by detected motion. You can also configure the DVR to send an email with a captured still image whenever motion is detected, so that you can be aware of a potential security breach the moment it occurs!
The system includes the ability to monitor and control your security system using your mobile device. The software supports Windows CE, Symbian, iOS, Blackberry, and Android operating systems, allowing it to be used with almost any smartphone or tablet available.
Saved recordings can be backed up to USB flash drives, USB external hard drives, or to drives attached to the LAN. The bundle includes a mouse and a remote control.
