Solid item

Pros: Does what it's supposed to.
Really inexpensive.

Cons: Because of the size, it's difficult to put on without getting little bubbles with dust stuck in it.

Overall, great product, maybe if it were a wet application screen protector it might reduce the dust problem.

Not for the Nexus 7

I took a gamble and ordered this for my Nexus 7. The Nexus 7 is a new tablet from Google and Asus. It doesn't fit. This isn't a knock on Monoprice as they never claimed it would.

By 'doesn't fit' I should say it is too short. It would basically cover everything from the bottom up to the front-facing camera. So it would cover the part you tap on all the time but I though it would be a little janky so I decided not to install it.

This is the same brand that works on the iPhone and that one works well for me so I'm giving this full stars because I'm sure if you have a Fire it will work well for you.

Meanwhile, I hope Monoprice starts making accessories for the Nexus 7 because it rocks and you Fire users will be moving to is soon :)
