Pretty good, but could use improvement

Pros: Fits phone just fine
Cons: Velcro doesn't hold very well.
This is a fairly good case in terms of your phone being able to fit, but the velcro on the strap barely holds. It would be better if it had a stronger bond.

Pros: Can't say as I didn't have the chance to use it.
Cons: Velcro isn't really a velcro and it doesn't stick and the "rough" part of the velcro was partly unstiched. I'd say I have average arms and the band is was too big.
The band could work, but maybe it the "soft" part of the velcro was moved closer to where the phone would be.

Band too large
|
Cons: I purchased this band for my girlfriend and the band can not be adjusted enough to fit her arm. Her arm is not that small and it still doesn't have enough adjustment to hold. Don't know if the new pink i5 band is made for smaller arms but if it's not maybe you guys should make one for women(smaller arms size).

Pros: Great quality, adjusts to any arm, comforting material.
Cons: Unable to put iPhone 4s with cover into the armband
Bought an armband for me and my wife. Very good quality, comforting material, and adjusts easy to different arm sizes. It will not allow my iPhone 4s with monoprice cover into the armband.

Pros: Good design for the price.
Cons: Does not fit small arms. (I would have to get my wife to gain 20-30 lbs to have bigger arms to be able to use this Armband)
So make sure your arm size is between 27-28 to 40 cm before buying it. If you have a better measurement, please share with others.
It fits my arm 37 cm, fine. I'll report back if my arms gets bigger :-)
If it lasts good, I'll buy more for my family.

Neoprene sports armband for iPhone 4/4s

Pros: Fits just fine. I am within the normal BMI range for my 5''8" height, so I'm not a little petite person that had trouble with it being too big on my arm like I've seen others mention. I love it, loved that this is an offering from Monoprice, and affordable & functions very well for active use!
Cons: None.
LOVE MONOPRICE! All products have been quality at an affordable price, & great service. Our family, having no connection to this business, have used for years and plan to continue to use & recommend for years.

Pros: Iphone fits perfectly and will not fall out. There is no screen protector for easy access to touchscreen and apps.
Cons: Find myself having to readjust the armband because it will not fit snuggly around the arm during a run. It is not sweatproof as sweat has been able to go into the headphone jack which has caused problems on my phone.
Would not recommend for someone who sweats heavily or has small, skinny arms.

Pros: Everything..the armband fits the iPhone perfectly it is durable. My son first bought one then encouraged me....well said it was a waste of money to pay a ton of money for other brands. He was Monoprice is a great place to get value and quality. I have also bought a docking station for playing songs. It isn't the most powerful etc but it was just as it was promised and again at a great price. When you find a company that gives you great pricing and is honest, you are goldenthat is Monoprice!

Excellent Value
|
Pros: Affordable
Great Value
Great armband, especially for the price. I've had no problems with the product at all. Velcro stays connected durring the workout, no problems with slippage or sweat breakdown. True to many of the other reviews it requires a larger arm to fit properly. The women in your life will need some serious guns to make it work.

Cons: too big
the arm wrap is too big and you cannot turn off the screen or turn up the volume using the side buttons when it is in the case which is really inconvenient when youre working out. It also does not have a cover over the screen.

Cons: Beefier arms required.
Since my arms are super buff thanks to working out (yeah right), this guy slips on ok for me. But if I had tried it maybe a year ago I'm not sure it would have fit on my arm. The sizing seems rather large. Easy access to your phone face though.

Well made and a great price. I am not sure if it is a con, but there is not a cover over the screen. Had another arm band it had a cover, but it made it hard to use especially if you were running. Eventually the cover cracked also. From this point of view not having a cover is better. If you out when the weather is not looking good, you may want a cover. We also had to attach some extra Velcro to the arm band, because it was too long for my wife's arm. Not a big deal at this price, but it would be nice it could handle a bigger range or Monoprice offered a large size and a small size depending on your arm size.

Cons: - if you have a big skin over your iphone, you may have to remove it so that it fits.
It's okay I guess, but if you have a skin over your iphone, it's kind of tricky to put it inside the sleeve. I you don't have big biceps like me, it my slide down your arm.

Works well for me

Pros: Inexpensive, relatively solid construction, and it even fits an iPhone 4s with Monoprice case attached (PID 7105).
Cons: Not sure whether or not I like the open face makes phone operation easy, but I couldn't run in the rain with it (and those are both issues for me). Must use screen protector for this application else risk iPhone death by flying objects (I use PID 9229).
Overall, I think this is a better solution than they sell at the big-box store downtown. Good quality, though I wonder whether the slot the iPhone slides through might wear out over time. I'm kind of average-sized American (5'10", ~175 lbs), so I didn't have a problem with the skinny-arm syndrome others reported, but I could see a particularly petite person having problems.
If you're relatively average (or high-side-of-average) height and weight, looking for something like this, go for it. If not, but you're willing to go with a safety pin solution, it's probably worth going for it and saving the $20-$30 over the electronics store.

Great Armband, Better Price

Pros: Fits phone perfectly.
No clear plastic screen cover.
Case overlaps the top of the phone. Some other cases left the top of the phone exposed which made for the opportunity for the phone to slip out.
Price, price, price
Cons: Velcro attachment (it's never detached itself, but looks like it should be stronger). I guess looks are deceiving.
The armband fits the iphone 4s perfectly. Some would call the lack of a protective covering a "con" but I believe it is a "pro". On previous armbands (from different manufacturers) the clear protective screen made it difficult to skip songs, swipe and select. With this armband, it's easy to maneuver around your phone while it's in the case.
Although the velcro band has never detached itself while in use, I always fear that it could. The velcro doesn't look all that strong, but as I mentioned, it's never loosened from my arm.
Did I mention the price? I'm willing to bet your yearly salary, you won't find a better armband at this price. Good luck to you.

Good Arm Band, construction
|
Pros: Nice styling and works well for running, working out
Cons: As many others have commented it is not for people with skinny arms, will not fit.
I bought this for my wife and while it is well built and nicely styled, the arm band is made for bigger people, men. My wife is 5"8" and about 135lbs, and it does not fit her arm. Nice product just needs to have a size for men and women.

Cant Believe Monoprice Sells This
|

Pros: Really nice fabric. Probably would be great for a run.
Cons: Waaaaay, way too big. Made for either men or women with large arms.
First time I have ever been disappointed with a monoprice item. I wish they would have written the minimum arm size that can use this thing (it's about 12-13 inches, btw roughly the size of my uber muscular runners calves). As much as I try to beef up my arms, I'm not sure I can ever get them to be that large. And even if I did, there would be no use in running to look sexy because no man would want a woman with beefy 13" arms.

Like others have said unless you have larger arms this wont fit - when you tighten it down the velcro hook part doesn't line up with the loop part, so you cannot attach it. Bought it for my wife but didn't fit me either.

The product seems well constructed so I have no issues there.
The issue is with the sizing. If you're on the skinny side then you'll most likely not be able to tighten the strap tight enough for a secure fit.

What a steal!

Pros: Terrific value. Works just fine.
Cons: The strap is a bit too long. Unless you have very fat arms, the velcro closure overshoots the matching strip. Fortunately, the closure will stick to the strap material too with a bit of effort.
Sure beats paying $40 for an Incase. I cut a slit in the bottom of the fabric so my running footpod ANT+ dongle can stick out of the armband.

This is convenient and really unbeatable at this price. The problem is that if you take it off during the workout and you've gotten wet from sweat, the velcro doesn't hold as well. It will survive, but barely. So, unless you're like me and carrying a debit card so you can jog by the store on the way back home, just keep it on your arm!

Seems to be of good construction and my iPhone 4S fits securely inside. The only problem is that it's too big for my arm (I'd say I have an average to small size woman's arm) and I have to use a safety pin to keep it in place. However, for the price, I have no problem using the safety pin.

So cheap, so awesome

Pros: Hold the iPhone in the pack perfectly. You can drop it and it won't damage it. Very light weight. Neoprene is comfortable.
Cons: Could use a shorter strap, I don't have Schwarzenegger arms.
I thought I'd have to pay a lot more for something like this. It wraps the phone completely inside a pocket so it never gets damaged. The whole thing feels very light on your arm, and the neoprene is very comfortable on your skin. The armband seems to be made for men with huge biceps though, because I wrap my all the way to the end of the velcro. Wish it was a little smaller, but it works for me.

Not for skinny arms
|
Pros: Great feel and material.
Cons: Won't work on skinny arms.
I bought this for my girlfriend. I really liked the feel and design. Once she put it on, however, I discovered a major flawit doesn't work for people with skinny arms. If you are a slim runner, you best look elsewhere.

GREAT PRODUCT
|
Pros: BEST QUALITY for under $30!
Cons: wish it has a smaller size adjustment for wifes arms.
I bought an extra for me and I dont even have an Iphone!

Great product to protect your iPhone. Works great and protects the phone from your sweat and from falling.
