Pros: Easy to order.
Cons: Not recognized by printer (6500 e709n). 2.5 times smaller than original cartridge.

Printer is as stated. RMA already issued for all 4 cartridges. Monoprice sent prepaid mailing label, thank you.

For now, if possible, please try a couple of troubleshooting techniques with me to see if we can resolve your issue.
Have you tried shaking the cartridge?
What about another printer?
Does the OEM cartridge do this as well?
Have you tried calibrating the printer?
Please let me know if the problems still occur. If it does, I can assist you in obtaining a replacement or a return RMA to see if a replacement will work better. We do have a lifetime warranty on non-electronics and cables as well as a 1 year warranty for electronics. And obtaining a replacement is of no additional cost. If you want to continue with an RMA just please provide the order# and if you wanted to return it or obtain a replacement. Thank you!
