Works far better than expected
|
Pros: I'm using two of these to support PID 8283 (small speaker mount bracket) and a 4 lbs speaker from a wall with a little fishing line. I was at first very skeptical that they would actually hold, and put a blanket under the speaker to catch it when the hanger failed. It's been going strong for 24 hours so far with no sign of falling. Now I'm using them for hanging literally everything in my dorm room.
Cons: They aren't really white, more of an offwhite color, not the titanium white I was hoping for. I would suggest spray painting them for a more professional look.
The opening on this is wide enough to accomodate my speaker wire (happens to be 20 AWG) so I have been threading them onto the speaker wire and sticking that straight to the wall, then using PID 5830 (cable management Velcro) to hang all my other cables from that.
I applied about 50 of them in various capacities around my room yesterday and none of them came down overnight. I will update this review if I do experience any problems.

Good 'n sticky
|
Pros: sticky pad has enough pad to allow sticky to come in full contact with an uneven surface. worked great! also works with twist ties.
Cons: They kinda stand out in the mostly black environment of my own entertainment center. I will be spray painting a portion of these black in case it needs to go in a critical location for a customer.
I have hung a USB cable from one of these that I stuck to the back of my TV. If it falls down, I'll modify my review and try to give the exact weight of the cable and time it held. Since this is just the smallest size, if it can hold on its own, I'll have confidence that the larger ones will be able to support a fair amount of weight.

They stick to brick!
|
Pros: Great price. They stick to brick, which is rare. Easy to use.
Very easy to use, with the small cable ties. And at under 2-cents each, no worries. I'm using them to roomba-proof my speaker-wires and under-bed extension cords. Of course, I don't yet know what they'll do to my walls when I remove them, but that's for another day.

Great little product
|
Pros: I bought a box of these along with 1 pack each of the 4inch white/clear and black zip ties. These things are awesome. I was able to run all the wires from my computer up the leg and underside of my desk to where there need to be.
Cons: Ugly - they dont look great aesthetically, but really you should try to hide all your cable management when possible. also, if you have larger cables (ex. coac cable, or a power cable, they tend to cover-up and hide the mount anyhow.
Excellent product at an even better price. If you are in need to cable management, look no further. Im thinking about using these to help management my cables behind my home theatre stand.

Awesome price

Pros: Works as expected
Cons: Don't come in brown
These ties work as expected. At this LOW price, I'm not too concerned if I ruin a couple either.

Pros: Small, unobtrusive, peel and stick
Product worked well with Product ID 5756 Cable Tie 4 inch 18LBS, 100pcs/Pack - White. Used them to manage excess length on the power cords for under cabinet LED lights.

Permanant!
|
I thought these were something else when I ordered them. I had something in the past, kinda like these, that you could snap speaker wire in and run it. Anyway, once I saw what this was really for, I still used it in areas with zip ties. The only problem is that these things are a one time use, and you can say bye bye to your paint if you ever have to remove them. I would use a metal scraper for doing drywall prep/repair to get them off next time, which might save you from doing spackle repairs where it tears a chuck of your paint off! In that case, it will still leave sticky residue which might require GOO-GONE or the like. If you need these to hold any heavier wires, I would leave it cure for a day first, once installed...then run your cables.

Too small for releasable cable ties
|
I bought the 20mm mount for use with the smallest releasable cable ties, the 6" variety, and they're too wide to fit. I'm told the 30mm is the mount size I need, but I'm not sure how I could have known this in advance, since the tie width and mount slot size apparently aren't specified.

The back of my desk was always suffering from cable clutter, I absolutely hated feeling power, ethernet, usb, etc cables on my feet when I was in front of my desk. So I started using Duct Tape, it worked... for 30 minutes and then just fell down again, it also left sticky residue on the cables (Yuck!) And that is where this product came in handy, ordered this product, waited about 2 weeks for them to come (Canada Shipping), put these in the back of my desk combined with the 8 inch black cable ties (PID 5761) And now the only wires showing are the cables for my mouse and keyboard. Again, Thanks Monoprice!

Works well. Make sure you pick the right size that you need for your application, as these sorts of anchors are available in different sizes. Note that this size anchor doesn't have provision for driving a screw through the body like some of the larger sizes do.

I have stick them under my desk, and route all my computer cable (10 to 12 cables!) with them, and they do their job perfectly. Adhesive is very strong ! Color was not as white as I've hoped though ...

They do exactly what they are supposed to do. If you are looking for some of these types of clips, they should get the job done. I stuck them on the back of my entertainment center, then zip tied tubing to them... then I routed all of my cables through them. They worked fantastic.

Strong and adequate
|
These mounts are great for cable managing in a computer case. Just stick them on the panel behind the motherboard and ziptie cables down, leaving a nice clean look in your case. Adhesive is amazing! I stuck one on to test and couldn't take it back off without a lot of force. I use them with Monoprice's black 4inch zip ties, and have had 100% success.
