Pros: Tooless connector
Cons: Not that good of a jack, would recommend spending a little more and getting the regular jack, not this toolless style. I had a hard time getting all the connectors to make contact, also if you are wiring them for 2 line phones, the color coding on the jack is wrong, had to rewire all the jacks after I had 10 stations installed on cutover day.
Would not recommend this product to someone who is a novice at phone installation. If you have a tool to terminate a jack, use it and buy the regular "punchdown" style jacks, these are a headache and I will not make the mistake again. Live and learn.

Telephone handset couplers
|
Pros: Excellent way to double the length of the handset cable from desk set to handset.
This item performed exactly the way I wanted. Excellent quality.

Takes up 2 spots
|
Pros: Easy to use
Cons: It takes up 2 spaces horizontally
The problem with it taking up 2 spaces is not in the description. This is a major problem I hope they will address it
