Pros: I ordered wrong part, sent email and the change was made to the correct part and shipped immediately. Excellent company to work with even when I made an error.

barely useful
|
"tooless" overstates this. This was hard enough to use without tools that I broke out my punch down tool, and eventually decided that name branded jacks were better. Since I had a lot more to do, I saved myself some time and threw these out.

Very Easy
|
Way cheaper than going with the brick and mortal type places.. Easy to use, just follow the wire diagram for either A or B and string them into the cap. Once you have them there you just press the cap into the connector until it clicks, they come with a little leverage tool to make it easy.
Worked first time after testing, no need to redo any of them.
Will definitely order again.

Works best with a punch down tool
|
I have put in about a dozen of these to date. I think that they work great but I don't think they are tooless, thus the '8' rating. With a punch down tool, they rock and I've never had one not work the first time. I have purchased different ones from 'Parts Express' and don't like those at all almost every time I've had to work on the wires some more before they worked.

Worthless Junk
|
I tried five different times to make a cable up with this product. It absolutely does NOT work. After I gave up I got one of my cabling guys to give it a try just for fun and out of the six times we tried we got connectivity on about two pins per jack.

Great Product!!! Easy To Use!!!
|
This is a great product and very easy to use. Once you understand the wiring diagram you can set them up in no time. I used 12 of them to wire my home. I used 6 different colors so I know where each jack goes. The first one took about 10 minutes to set up. Once I knew what I was doing it took about 5 minutes per jack. A small straight slot screwdriver will make it easier to set the wires in place. Also, a pair of wire cutters to trim the excess wire. You wont be disappointed.
