The PTK-027A 15-Piece Electrical Tool Kit is designed for the electronics and computer repair technician on the go.

The kit comes with all the basic tools and accessories for electronics testing, troubleshooting, and repairs. A pocket-sized digital multimeter is perfect for testing voltage levels, current draw, resistance, and continuity. It comes complete with attached probes and a battery already installed and is small enough to fit in a shirt pocket.

The kit includes a pair of full-size 4 inch screwdrivers, one with a 5 mm slotted head and the other with a #1 Phillips head. A 2-in-1 pocket screwdriver has a slotted end and a Phillips end, and comes with a pen clip. Another screwdriver type tool is the 2.5" voltage tester with slotted screwdriver head. This is designed primarily to make a quick test for the presence of voltage in live circuits.

The 4.75" long-nosed (needle-nose) pliers has a cutting edge and insulated red and blue plastic handles. The 4.25" diagonal cutting pliers has matching insulated red and blue plastic handles. Two tweezers are included, one a standard squeeze-closed type with PVC insulation and the other a stainless steel, reverse-action set for holding onto small objects.

A 30-watt soldering iron with pointed tip is accompanied by a plastic and wire stand, a tube of lead-free solder, and a roll of soldering wick. Finally, a 30-foot roll of PVC electrical insulation tape is included. Each tool is held in place with an elastic band within the zippered nylon case.
