Pros: Seems REALLY high quality. Cable seems thick and the ends are tight.
Cons: Does not charge my Motorolla Razr...the only reason I bought it.
I thought this would be a great way to reduce the amount of excess cable in my car and be able to charge my phone. Unfortunately the cable doesn't charge my phone.

Pros: Perfect length, works as advertised and low cost!
Needed to replace my broken USB 2.0 - Mini-B cable for my older Western Digital My Passport 320GB portable external hard drive. Plugged it in and it worked perfectly. I will never buy any cables from box retailers or manufacturers again.

Garmin Nuvi 255W USB cable for computer

I wanted to order a cable for my Garmin Nuvi 255W so that I can link it to my computer. I had no idea what USB cable to order. So I spoke with customer service, both regular and technical, at monoprice and after some discussion they were able to point me to the correct cable. I ordered the cable and it was promptly delivered and functions as expected.
Great site, Great products, Great CustSvc, Great Prices.
I wish that monoprice sold products other than just cables/cords though.

Great mini USB to USB cable, very high quality, very good price. I use this to connect a http://www.monoprice.com/products/product.asp?c_id=108&cp_id=10826&cs_id=1082602&p_id=6765&seq=1&format=2 to my phone for car charging and it works great. The cable is a bit stiff, but easy to bend and hold in a place with some cable ties. Great product, I bought 2 and use 1 with the car, and one with my PC to charge the phone, or my actual plug in charger which takes a mini to USB or to charge my PS3 controller. This thing is solid for the price. Using a HTC touch hd if anyone cares.....

Pros: Perfect quality cables. When I replaced original cable, which came with my WD My Passport External Drive, all problems with connections disappeared.
Cons: None
Everything I ever bought at Monoprice.com was only perfect quality, the products were always matching it's description, prices were very good. These my two items are not exeptions I don't know anything about their Customer Service, because I never had any reasons to contact to them.
Highly recommended!

I'm using this cable to charge an HTC smartphone and it works perfectly (for syncing data, too). Very happy - great quality for the price.
Only "drawback" - I had purchased this to travel with and either the wire or wire insulation is rather thick, making it hard to roll up. Not a big problem by any stretch.

Item works great. I use it to charge my G1. Small, compact, gold plated. The fact that it has ferrite core means the voltage is so good that charging is rather fast than without it. I never buy USB cables without Ferrite core, that's how faithful I am to it.

I've been buying cables from Monoprice for about a year and they have always been just as advertised. The quality is excellent as is the order processing time. My orders have almost always shipped by the next day after placing the order. Unless it's some kind of emergency, there's no reason I can think of to buy the overpriced stuff in the 'Big Box Stores'.
