Great Value!

Pros: Excellent quality.
Cons: Cable is very stiff
Excellent quality cable at a great price. The only down side is it no different then any other FireWire 800 cable. The cable is very stiff and may put a lot of stress on a port if it is not supported properly. (This is no fault of MonoPrice, all FW 800 cables are like this.)

Great product

Pros: Works perfect
Looks nice
Solid build quality
Better than even more expensive cables from Best Buy.
Cons: None
Monoprice just can't be beat on price. The build quality of their cables is also far superior to most you'd get from the high street store. I highly recommend this cable.

iMac to Firewire Disk
|
I'm using this cable to move my noisy external Firewire 800 disk enclosure far away. The cable works perfectly. Construction seems sturdy. Price was right and shipping was quick.

Great cable
|
I was looking for a long inexpensive FW800 cable, so I looked at monoprice. Great value! Speeds are very good. Note the cable is very thick compared to most Firewire 400 cables (seems to be the case with all 800 cables) so don’t expect to twist and turn it along a bunch of corners.
Would be nice if it came in white or black also.
