Pros: Cable worked great at great price
Cons: Ups actually goofed the two day delivery, so mono price actually overnighted another cable at their expense, and stopped delivery of other cable so no RMA needed. I needed the cable when I ordered it, but cable was one day late. But I feel MP made up for what was not their fault.

Best value and performance
|
I was skeptical about this at first due to the low cost. But I am very happy with this purchase. Always consider ordering 10 more feet than what you have measured up as the distance between your display and source.
Will buy it again and will recommend it too.

Helped me make my new home office extra special!

Pros: I am in the process of finishing our basement, including building a new home office for myself. I purchased a lot of misc parts from Monoprice to help me have a very professional looking installation of a wall mounted TV, among other things. I purchased this extra long HDMI cable to allow me to toggle my TV over for PC usage in case I wanted to project my screen on a wall mounted TV for others to see. I ran this cable from the area I blocked for the TV over to a low voltage box and HDMI plate (all from Monoprice, of course) Works perfect! I was concerned about quality loss over this distance, but no worries! Looks great and I can't wait for this project to be done so I can start enjoying it every day. Great job, Monoprice!!

long (35ft) HDMI cable

This is the first home theater system I've installed. I didn't research HDMI cable quality extensively. What I know is that I had a positive reaction to the quality of the cable and its packaging, it withstood being pulled through a wall and through the basement, and the picture, originating from either a Panasonic Blue Ray player or a MacMini (Netflix, Zediva, EyeTV 1080i), projected from a Panasonic LCD projector onto a 96 inch screen, is completely acceptable to me.

Pros: the cable works well, and is a very heavy gauge that I'm pleased with for the money. However, I was a little upset that this particular length was not available in white, for that was what I really needed. aside from that, everything worked out well.

35 Foot HDMI Cable

Pros: High quality cable
Cons: On the thick side
I bought this product to run a cable from an interior closet, through my basement up the exterior wall of my house, behind my fireplace to a Samsung 50 inch Plasma TV. I was quite concerned about the HDMI distance because I have read that distances over 15 feet can be a concern for the conduction of HDMI signal. A Monster Cable was recommended by a local sales associate at a price of over $250 dollars. That seemed outrageous. I found good reviews regarding the Monoprice HDMI cable. The cable works perfectly at this distance for both traditional Digital and HD cable TV (I have Time Warner). The Blu-Ray also looks great. The HDMI is run from a Receiver (Dennon) that acts at as a switching device. You definitely need the right length as the cable is thick and does not easily make 90 degree turns. I have no complaints.

Pros: Works good, will last a long time in limited applications.
Cons: I was surprised at the thickness of this cable. Approximately 3/8 inch thick. Typical cable is 1/4 inch.
Cable works fine. I'm just glad it was for a temporary installation. The cable thickness plus the integrated connector/filter at each end make this cable heavy and inflexible. Not to be used in nonsupported applications. Item description should have specified these attributes.

Pros: I had to return the 25 ft as it ended up being too short and monoprice took that one back and shipped out a 35 ft and it works very well. I had to run it through the wall and into the crawl space and back up to where the new tv was going. Cable is very thick and stiff so it can handle running through the wall, etc. I would recommend this cable and buying from monoprice.
Cons: Thick and does not bend very well at the connection point so if you want a tv up against the wall then you will need a 90 degree adapter if the HDMI connection is in the back of the tv.

I bought this cable for a setup of considerable length from my receivers. I was leery at first, d/t the fact the cable was 35ft. I was unsure if it would carry the signal at a high enough quality. One thing you need to know!!!

Excellent cable for the price. Thick protective shielding and nice ends. However, if you are an installer you need to know that these cables will NOT go through a 3/4" smurf tube!!! The ends and ferrells will enter the tube just fine, leading you to believe that you will be able to run it. BUT, couplers and/or end caps on the smurf tube will NOT allow the cable to pass through it. Also, even the slightest bend in your tube will give you grief. Run 1" smurf tube or put these in during the rough-in process. Let my painful experience save you time and headaches!

Extended length HDMI cables

Pros: Works very well over a distance of 35ft. I'm using a Mitsubishi HC3800 projector, and this cable is routed through the ceiling, an attic, down a wall to my AV cabinet patch panel. I'm using a Philips DVD player with a normal 6ft HDMI cable to connect to the panel. Video quality is very good, even when upscaled to 1080P, so no complaints.
Pricing is very competitive.
Cons: The cable is a bit thick and rigid, which makes routing through narrow passages somewhat difficult. Shipping charges were a bit higher than others, but I was able to use the special overnight rate for California residents. However, overnight shipping took more than 3 days, which kind of defeat its purpose.

I have purchased several HDMI cables, and other products, from Monoprice. Every one of them has operated flawlessly. Monoprice has both the best prices and the best products. I will continue to buy from them for my home theatre based on the quality of the products. The 35 foot HDMI cable I purchased on one occasion has worked great for my projector and delivers a strong signal and beautiful picture. The HDMI switcher works well also.

Connected this cable from my laptop to my receiver. Worked great, no problems at all. Very sharp. I also like the connector covers that fit over the Gold plated connectors. One end of my cable is usually not plugged in, and it is nice to have a cap.

Great cable fora great price

It is amazing at what you get for the money with this HDMI cable. My 35 foot run to my 720P projector is perfect. The picture is natural looking with no discernible artifacts. My brother in law has the same 35 foot cable going to his 1080p projector with a perfectly fine image too. The only thing of any minor concern is they are stiff cables and make bending around corners etc. a little more of an effort, but in realty that does not matter to the quality you get. No, they don't look fancy as they have a simple black vinyl jacket and standard nicely built up HDMi plug in and finger grip but who cafe, they work great.

35' HDMI
|
The product works as described. I used two 35ft HDMI cables running from my masterbed room to an AV closet in the center of my house. I was able to split both my blueray player (PS3) and my directv DVR without any picture loss.

Works Well
|
The cables were exactly what I was looking for. As some other raters stated, the only issue could be the thickness of the cables. My TV is on the wall, and there was barely enough room between the TV and wall for the cable to plug into the TV. But it did fit, and everything else has worked out well.

Great for In-Wall Installations
|
Thick enough for in wall installations and still easy to work with. I ran two of these from my components to my plasma and they both work great!

Great "Medium-Run" Cable
|
I was a little worried running 35 feet at 1080p, since the Blu-Ray player I was GOING to buy recommended no further than 15'. I ended up getting an OPPO, who doesn't make any recommendation re: length, and it turned out I had nothing to worry about. This cable was easy to pull through conduit and flexible enough to not cause me any problems behind equipment. The connectors seem to be high-quality, with good strain relief boots.

Long Length HDMI cable
|
Purchased this 35 ft long HDMI cable to provide a direct run to my home theater projector. The quality of the cabling beat my expectations for such an affordable product. Normally long length HDMI cables could run in the $100s. I fished this wire through 2 walls, and out to the components (amp to projector) it functions perfectly the signal quality and picture resolution improvements by going from component to HDMI were immediately realized. and all video signals can feed through the single wire.
If there was one draw back to this wire would be the stiffness of the wire, do not expect quick 90 degree bends to be capable, but to ensure the quality of the signal I'd buy this cable every time. Excellent product

We found these 35" HDMI cables to be of low quality with unaccepable failure rate the thick covering on the cables did not allow normal flex needed for connectingto wall TVs. You do not sell the swival adaptors needed to connect to most TVs your 90 degree adaptors are too short and will not work with 80% of TVs.

Great Service and Product
|
Product arrived very quickly great communication and service throughout the buying process. The quality of the cable itself was much higher than I expected for the price. No problem living up to its billing, even over a 35' run. Several people told me I wouldn't notice a difference in picture quality over the component cables I was using. They were wrong...the picture quality was markedly better. I wouldn't hesitate to order from Monoprice in the future.

Top quality. Glad I got 24 AWG. Otherwise corners would have been too tight. Lucky I have 2 x 6 walls instead of 2 x 4. Cable was well worth it and definitely quality-appropriate for in-wall use. Works outstanding !

35ft HDMI cable
|
I am very happy with the quality, price and the speed of delivery of this cable. The cables were very thick compared to the std 6ft cables you receive with a BD player. You cannot find a cable at this price anywhere else. I would not order anywhere else for cables in the future.

HDMI cable works fine
|
The cable is of good quality and works fine when connecting a Macbook Pro to an HDTV. It has a circular cross section and is rather stiff. I think it will work fine connecting the computer on one side of the room to the TV on the other around the baseboard. In retrospect I might have preferred the flat variety, but it was out of stock. This is not Monoprice's fault the web site is pretty clear about the physical characteristics of the cable.
I had some concern about whether a 35 foot run would degrade the signal, but Monoprice is correct: it works fine.
All in all: a good product at a good price with prompt delivery. Monoprice is a quality company.

I can't belive it!!!!

It is just super!!! It works so well that I can't believe it. I wish it could have been a bit thinner and flexible but this is what I paid for and I got super quality picture. Too bad I can't return the 6ft Monster Crap that I paid 85$. Should have researced more. but over all, this great. People say the qualty might drop after 25ft or 30ft, but I got a rogers digital box and my ps3 feeding Samsung 8K series, and it is just makes me amazes me.

works great even at 35 ft
|
I was a little worried that 35 ft would be too long. I was running a line from my computer into the attic and down along another wall to my flatscreen. Everything works great. The cord is really thick (monster cable thick). You probably need that size for such a long hdmi without an amplifyer. The only thing is that for flatscreen tvs that have the hdmi connections in the rear, you might want to think about a verticle adapter because the plug will stick out almost 2 inches from the back of the tv and you need even more for the 90 deg bend in the thick wire.

Great Cable
|
I bought this 35' cable so I could play my PC games on my 46" 1080p tv. I was worried that since it was so long that it wouldn't be as good, but it's amazing, and the cable is really thick and it seems like it will last a long time.

This is the place to get cables!

O.k., This is the only place to buy any of you cable need. The prices can't be beat and the service was incredibly fast. All the Q & A's and Faq's to answer all my stupid tech questions was amazing. I looked at a lot of other places both local and online and I did not find any one with as much clear & easy to understand info and price below all others. Where else could you find a 35ft HDMI cable for under $25.00 US.
Thanks, Guys Next time I need any thing you offer I will be back.

grate price great quality
|
I needed a long cable to go from my HTPC to the TV and this fit the bill. It connected a Asus9600GT HDMI port to a panasonic Plasma with no problems. no sparklies or dropouts.
It is a heavy cable and little stiff so be carefull not the put too much strain on your HDMI ports (some are fragile) but thats about it.

Wow!! What can I say. I've been in the AV business for a few years now and decided to try the Monoprice HDMI cables. I have a 1080P Optoma projector with a 106 Inches screen. I did compare with a 700$ Monster HDMI cable and the difference is NONE except 670$ in my pocket! :) Thanks Monoprice for the great and fast service.

To be honest I don't know what more I coul want. The cable is solid (pretty thick) delivers great quality over a long distance and is cheap. I would highly recommend this and will always be sticking with monoprice for my future cable needs.

Great experiance
|
I order a 35' HDMI cable over the Labor Day weekend with the clear understanding that it wouldn't ship out until Tuesday morning. To my shock and surprise Tuesday morning it arrived at my door after ordering it the Saturday before. The cable is great the price is rock bottom and the service unmatched. |
Great cable... super thick and feels solid. Connected my computer via Nvidia graphics card to my 42" Plasma and the picture is awesome. Had previously connected to my TV using S-video out and what a difference. The picture is sharper and brighter.

Good heavy gauge cable. Possibly too heavy for the connectors, as one end bent and broke under the weight of the cable. No problems up till then (~5 months of use). Make sure you support this cable near the connections.

High quality, THICK cable
|
Went with the mid-grade on this cable since it's a long run. I'm very impressed with the quality of the cable. The ends seem to have a built in ferrite, making them quite thick - almost to a fault since my TV mounts to the wall with only a few inches to spare. The cable fits with about an inch to spare, which I needed to get a good bend in this super-thick cable. It's about as thick as my index finger.
Video quality was the same as with a 3ft cable, so I'm very happy with it.

Great Value, Perfect Performance
|
Im using this to hook up my computer to my home theater system on opposite sides of the room. I dont want cords running across the floor, so I needed a long cord to run around the edges of the room. Im only using it for video, but it looks perfect. I have a 35 ft digital coax for the audio that I also purchased from MonoPrice that is working great, getting used everyday. I recommend MonoPrice to everyone I know. Thanks guys!

the cable is well made and carried the hd signal with no loss. even though i got hte extender i dont need it. there was no break up of the signal and no loss of quality .

Very good quality cable heavy like a jumper cable as previously stated so you should consider a port saver pigtail to relieve the port of some of the cable weight.

Great cable. Used this to connect a second, smaller Sharp HDTV we have by the computer to the upconverting DVD player. Cable works perfectly and provides fine image. see my review of the splitter - which was poor.
