Worked as expected

I have a 2 way component splitter coming off my comcast DVR box in our basement, one goes to our bedroom 25 feet and another 35 feet with this new cable to a TV on the other end of the basement. I strung the cable through our rafters in the basement and it works great as expected with all cables I've bought from Monoprice.

Works well but has a slight design flaw

This cable works well with no noticeable signal degradation. The only problem with this cable is that the two audio connectors are the same length as the three video connectors. Most devices with component ports have the two audio jacks to one side of the video jacks resulting in an almost impossible task of getting all five connectors of this cable plugged in properly. I worked around this situation by doubling the three video leads over into an "S" shape and kept in place with soft coated wire. This gave me enough extra length in the audio leads to plug them in properly. It's rather clunky but it works. One could also buy a short pair of audio cables to extend the audio connectors so that they'd work properly.

Other than that, I'm pleased with these cables.
