1 of 3 cables was bad.
|
Pros: Look to be well made and solid.
Cons: 1 of the 3 I ordered was bad and it was the longest one.
In march I made 2 orders. 1 for 2 cat 6 cables both of which were bad.
My next order had a 1', 5', and 10' cat 6a cable. The 10' cat6a cable resulted in my 2 servers spitting out bad packets and TCP retransmit errors.
Because of these 3 cables being bad, I have wasted countless days trying to troubleshoot where in my entire network the problem was. I did not expect newly ordered cable would be the culprit.
The 1' and 5' sections of cable were fine, but the longer 10' ones were not. It makes me wary of the build quality of these longer cables.

I will give these a "5 STAR" RATING. I didn't want to re-write a new review because I think it would not show how great your customer service is.
I got the replacement cables really quickly and they work perfectly.
FANTASTIC Customer service even though I did not request new cables.
Customer service was way beyond what I would have considered necessary since I did not have all the packaging and my return slip.
Great job and I will definitely continue buying from Monoprice and recommending them with confidence to my colleagues and friends.

Great cables
|
Super fast network cables, works great with a linksys gigabit router. Very thick cable too, not easy to hide under a carpet.
