Great cable. Great Quality. Be careful when installing a lot of these on the back of a TV or receiver, they can place a great deal of weight on the ports. Using port-savers resolves this problem and can save you from expensive repairs.

Pros: Wrapped with netting and good connectors on both ends.

I used this to put my computer in my closet and run the cable to my 50". It works great. Transfers an excellent pictures with no problems. Solid cable and a great buy. If you need the length i recommend this to anyone.

It's a thick cable! And it's hard enough where you have no worries stretching or doing any type of punishment to this cable. And the quality is outstanding.

Pros: It works.
Cons: bulky rigid cable
It works as it should but, the cable is extremely thick and has the flexibility of a steel reenforcement bar. Rather than buy this product i'd recommend an HDMI DVI adapter instead. You can use this with a more flexible cable purchased elsewhere.

Great Cable!

Pros: Heavy duty, well made, quality parts.
Cons: none so far
We own a business and there is no way to get TV here. And with this cable hooked up to a 24" LCD HDTV we can now watch DVD's, ESPN3, etc. The cable is great quality and we have a very good picture.

HDMI DVI Cable w / Net Jacket (24AWG)

Pros: Works as expected. Tough as nails cable.
Cons: Comes rolled. Less flexible. If you have a straight run or non-tight corners, you are good to go. If you need to work with angles, this cable will be hard to work with.
So far so good. I have a DVI output from my computer with a DVI/HDMI adapter and then the HDMI cable to the TV. Bummer is the sound part of it needing another cable, but this is not the HDMI's fault. I expect the cable will live longer than I do - solid.

Excellent Product & Service

Pros: Excellent product. The quality cannot be better for the price. Exactly what I saw on the web site.

I have searched multiple sites for the same product and Monoprice offered the lowest price and the fastest standard shipping. The images of the product are very clear and shows the same product from different sides making it clear on what you are about to order. I have purchases a number of products from Monoprice and they continue to exceed expectations!

Forget monster cable
|
Like the title says Forget Monster cable and go with monoprice. Using this to run from my scaler (upscales video sources) to my projector about 13' away absolutely flawless picture quality.
Phenomenal value just do a search for similar cables and you will find outrageous prices from everywhere but here. Absolutely worth every penny I paid.

the right cable at an amazing price.

I had just gotten an LCD TV and I really wanted to take advantage of its computer signal input. I had a video card with a DVI output, but no connection cable. The connectors available locally were all too short and low quality to be worth my time, and their prices were completely unreasonable. The online stores for these retailers had better selection but the prices were still prohibitive. A co-worker recommended MonoPrice.com for connector cables of all types at what he claimed were amazing prices. I was skeptical but I had to check it out. The site had exactly what I was looking for, DVI to HDMI cabling at the kind of extreme lengths that would allow me to leave my computer and LCD TV set up where I wanted them and still make a secure connection, and the prices were unbelievable! I signed up for an account and ordered with my credit card right away. Even with shipping costs added I was able to get my cabling at an amazing savings, for under $25 when the best the local retailers could do was half the length for over $60.
The shipping took less than 7 business days, during the Christmas rush, no less, and the cable arrived in sturdy packaging at my door.
The description of the cable as being robust and was completely accurate, I was surprised at just how thick and reinforced it really was. It was in a coil but it straightened out with only gentle flexing as I unrolled it, and it was extremely easy to run it along my wall and install it to both my computer and television. There initiated a great connection as soon as it was plugged in. I have been using this connection every day since I got it. I was so satisfied that I ordered an additional cable from MonoPrice to go with it, an audio cable to transfer my computer sound to the television as well, completing the output/input package. I would highly recommend monoprice to all my associates.

Great cable, no audio?
|
I first misjudged how far 15ft really goes, should've bought 25ft. (cables of this gauge don't like to bend)
This cable met all of my expectations except for one: my media center failed to pass it's audio channel over HDMI on this. I noticed on my old DVI-HDMI adapter I replaced, that there are several pins that this cable does not have and I'm assuming the audio channels are directed over these wires.
While I would normally have an issue with this, there is no other cables I can find that offer a solution, therefore, my grand scheme of optical S/PDIF out from my display to my audio system will have to be bypassed with another cable I will be purchasing shortly after writing this review for a direct Coaxial link.
Monoprice has the best prices for all solutions... even when you have to re-improvise!

Excellent Cable
|
Cable is very good, has a outer mesh like shell for a protecting the cable while pulling or if it rubs against other cables. The mesh does not seem to affect pulling by snagging on anything which I thought would happen. The cable is a little stiff not sure if I could have bent more than a 4 inch radius or not, did not need to try. Gold connectors on each end.
Even the customer I purchased the cable for (knows nothing about cables) was impressed with the quality of the cable and she was worried that the cable was expensive. I told her that I get all of my cables from Monoprice and that is the quality I expect and get from them at very good price.

Good cable, but quite heavy
|
It works great, excellent picture from my receiver to older Mitsubishi TV with DVI. One thing you should be aware of is that this cable is REALLY heavy and thick. I haven't had a issues with it pulling out of it's inputs, but I concerned that without some support the weight could damage the port over time.

Superior service & product
|
Our locally based store "The Source" wanted $50 for a 6 foot DVI to HDMI cable of good enough quality. I ordered a 15 foot DVI to HDMI cable from Monoprice at one third the price yet the quality was of professional grade with gold plated contacts. I will definitely be buying all of my cables from Monoprice.

The cable works well and image quality is flawless. The cable housing is relatively stiff, however, and makes you work to align the connector in the right direction. It doesn't feel like it's too strained, though, so it's only a minor inconvenience.

The speed of monoprice is awesome. I never have any issues with items shipping out. However, for this item, I was having an issue with an HDMI handshake from my PS3, Denon and RCA tv. The TV is an older model with an DVI input only. I had an HDMI cable going to and HDMI/DVI adaptor, but couldn't get past the HDCP handshake for sound out of my PS3 via HDMI. This product was advertised as HDCP compliant, but when I got it and tried it, it still didn't work. I figured it was worth the try vs buying a newer HDTV with HDMI inputs, but I guess thats what I'll have to do.

Stiff cable jacket
|
The good news is that these cables have the heaviest duty exterior wrapping any of my installers have seen, ie, the tv installer and the Dish installer....the bad news is that the cables are so stiff that after plugging into the tv and the satellite receiver, any jarring near the cable causes it to come out of its receptacle....if i had to do it again, Id get the more flexible cable, stay away from these type unless you have easy access to them cuz youll be plugging them in from time to time. Monoprice still rocks as far as cost though, cant beat them.

This is one thick cable. monoprice puts monster to shame. The net jacket is quite a nice touch and gives the cable a unique feel. The gold plate is a nice touch too.

What a great value, and the picture on my new 47 LCD HD TV is awesome. Worlds better than the picture I got with the cable that the Cable Co. gave me to use with my HD receiver.
And you guys shipped it the same day as I ordered it. Actually just 2 hours later. I got it in the mail very quickly.

If you thinking whether or not it will be a good cable, just get it. Works great from my computer to Samsung LCD. HD looks crystal clear, games look great, etc. Monster is no better than this, believe me (esp for 6x the price, f that)

This is a high quality cable that I am using to connect my Upconverting DVD player to my Plasma HDTV.
Works well when displaying 480p, 720p & 1080i resolutions.
I am using it as pictured since my Plasma is not yet on my wall but that is why I bought the long length.
No noticable loss of signal at this long length.
Note: I am using an optical cable for the sound since DVI doesn''t carry it, even if it did optical is still the best IMHO, I recommend to use an optical cable when using a DVD player attached to a receiver esp if the receiver can play DTS recordings.
