Pros: Low cost
Cons: Very light duty
I buy these because they are "good enough" and there is not a better grade available. I would happily pay 50% more for a better quality cable. The conductors are very thin and the connectors are very light weight.

Nice cable used to connect my old video games systems to my LCD tv. This cable helped to reduce some of the interference I was receiving from my old cables.

I used this cable to connect the output of the A/V reciever. It works.

Pros: If you just need some cheap RCA cables to get the job done, these fit the bill perfectly.
Cons: That said, these are just thin RCA cables with cheap nickel connectors. Don't buy these with the expectation of incredible quality.
Snagged a bunch to prototype a speaker arrangement, waiting on some high quality cables to ship now that I know exactly what I need. These work fine for now, and I've got some great additions to the parts box for a rainy day.

I know it's not 'technically' a video cable, but works fine as that. Monoprice doesn't seem to have any standard single yellow-ended video cables. Again, fine price.

My sub kept randomly emitting a low hum, sometimes during use and sometimes when it was in standby mode. I thought it was a problem with the sub. Then I started wiggling the wires. When I did that, I could make the sub hum all the time. I got a new RCA wire from RadioShack. No such problems. What do you expect at $1.29? My other monoprice items work great.
