    Great monitor for the price

Pros: Price, 4K, good anti-glare finish

    Cons: stand

I got it on sale for $295 so I don't think there is anything out there this good at that price. The stand isn't the greatest but I have it mounted on one of the Monoprice dual monitor mounts so I don't care about that. It definitely looks sharper than my two 1920 x 1080 monitors (Dell and ASUS) as you would expect for a 4K monitor. I don't notice any backlight bleeding and I don't use the speakers so can't comment on them. I'm happy with it for the price. I wish it was an IPS panel but that would up the cost.

It Bleeds, Bends and NEEDS calibrating.

    Pros: *Cheap price
*Can be calibrated to look.... well,on the better end of acceptable
    * Built in Speakers
    *Packaged well
    *No dead pixels

Cons: *Cheaply Built (the base stand feels as is it will flex if you breath on it)
    *Horrible display pre-calibration
    * No Displayport cable is a bit of a downer for me (but has HDMI 2.0 and includes HDMI cable)
    *Light bleed

It gets the job done but cheap is what best describes this monitor. After calibration the colors are acceptable but in no way would I professionally do photo editing work on this display. The light bleed is not the worst I have seen but the cheap stand is UNEXCEPTIONABLE, it is what truly brings this monitor down this overall decent package.

Decent monitor but cannot get it up to 4K 60Hz even with DP

I purchased the first version of the monitor and it worked well. As others have pointed out, the stand on this one is wobbly and I am always afraid of it falling. Why do we put in VGA connector for a 4K monitor? I was able to get to 3840x2160 with 60 Hz refresh rate at one point. However, it is back to 30Hz now and I am not able to get it back to 60 Hz. This is with Nvidia GTX 750 Ti card.

Pros: Good size. No dead pixels. OK Price. Free Shipping.

Cons: Not as bright or colorful as my 21" Samsung monitor. Colors are washed out unless you saturate. Need to throw away the stand and buy another one (maybe this was their idea all along, but I hope I am wrong)..
Multi screen setup is useless when HDMI and VGA are used the the same time. It wants to set both to the lowest resolution all the time.

I would have selected 2.5 stars if they had it as I really had high hopes for this display. I had read good reviews in other tech websites, maybe they are getting a kickback to say nice things. I'm not sure.
The first thing I noticed was the OSD menu. It is terrible. The buttons are hard to press, so much so that with the flimsy stand you cannot use one hand alone. More on the stand in a minute.
Out of the box seems bright enough, but upon calibration you realize in order to get the gamma to render properly you need to pump it to almost 95% of its luminosity. There seems to be also a good amount of light bleeding from the bottom edge.
The colors are dull also, out of the box. The need to saturate them is very apparent after a couple hours of use

Now for the stand. OMG!!!! Why did they even bothered putting one on? What a piece of junk! The thing is completely unstable. Like I mentioned before, if you want to mess with that terrible OSD menu, you need to hold the screen from the top with one hand and then push the buttons at the bottom with the other, otherwise one of two things will happen. 1. The buttons won't work or 2. the screen will shake all over sometimes even coming off the table.
Mine screen will not sit straight hard as I try. The stand has this lame +/- 5 degree tilt that makes the screen sit back pointing to the ceiling or tilt forward pointing to the floor. No matter what I try it cannot sit vertical at a 0 degree angle, which is a huge problem for those of us with the monitor at eye level.

    2 out of 3 Work

I own three of these. They are awesome (for the price) when they work, but one has intermittent problems. It has problems getting a signal intermittently. If I turn it off (for a long time, not just off and on), it will work again for a while.
