    Unbeatable Gaming Headset
With the exception of the few minor complaints above, this is an outstanding product. It only took minutes to connect and start using. The mic quality is exceptional and, more importantly, the surround sound is amazing in all ranges. I've used it to play games and watch movies and couldn't be happier. I highly recommend these for gaming.

PROS: - Excellent presentation right out of the box.

    - Truly amazing sound for the price, rivals anything on the market.

    - Easy setup.

    - Separate volume control for game sound and headset.

    - Great mic sound quality.

    - Comfortable and light-weight.

CONS: - Although the rechargeable battery lasts forever and it's nice to not need batteries, when it dies, you have no option to use it from afar.

    - Cheap optical cable, recommend buying a longer/stronger one.

    - Out-of-box cables are SHORT.

    Great Gift
Bought these for my teenage son for Christmas. He loves them. I was hoping the batteries wouldn't stay charged as long as they do, for a built in stop to gaming. They really seam to last and I have got no other comments than, "I think they are great"

    PROS: Great for gaming.

    CONS: None noted yet

This headset is worth every penny. It took a chance since it was new and there were no reviews but it was worth it. They do exactly what they say at a fraction of the cost of other brands, plus they look cool. Excellent product.

PROS: Easy set up. Flawless performance. Comfortable

    CONS: None

    highly recommended
Headsets worked perfectly, as far as notification of the mute button, the wireless base does turn blue when you press the pair/mute button to let you know its muted, then red when not muted. i have this sitting next to my wireless router, dont notice any sound quality issues

PROS: good pair of headsets, no wires to tangle with

    CONS: none

I'm pretty sure that if I get to understand the exact way of charging it, they could be better than what they are

PROS: I think they are really good, the sound is good, is easy to connect and they are comfortable but could be better

CONS: They are REALLY annoying to charge, I still don't get the exact way to charge it, I plug the cable the red light turns on and then all of a sudden if turns off,

Would buy for a friend. And another pair for myself. Kudos to whoever made the little design and feel on these guys.

PROS: They turned on and worked. Great quality, they make ears feel like they are listening to a greater space. Simple set-up (don't forget to remove the little plastic nubs if you are using optical cable) ~ I use them for gaming, I notice no lag time in audio feedback. Greatly approve of these. Lightweight and solid frame.

CONS: Distance is not superb (~18m) and I have no cue to when they are going low on battery. There were some random pops for the first couple sessions of use - have since stopped.

Great sound at a great price
I bought these gaming headphones for using with my telephone system and for listening to music (sorry, gamers). The sound is excellent, and the range was too30 feet through three walls before we lost signal.

The mic volume seemed a little low, but the person on the other end of the telephone line said that the sound was quite clear. The mic boom is easily removable, BTW.

The headphones are comfortable and do not seem at all "cheap," but they were inexpensive. Another Monoprice winner.

PROS: Absolutely superb sound when listening to music. Good range.

    Good Set
Not sure why all the bad reviews... Got these for the wife, destroyer of all things wired. She loves them minus the 2.4ghz part. I'm more of the Audiophile so I'll talk about that after the 2.4ghz issue...

2.4ghz is the band that routers use for WiFi. Mostly everything is wired in the house minus phones and tablets. She reported an issue with sound skipping and after investigating, the signal was fighting the router when my daughter was watching Netflix in her room on the tablet. Depending on your router, you may get away with moving them to the other side of the desk away from the router, but mine is very high power WIFI. Not a deal breaker as our router location is temporary, but if your PC is near the router, or plan on using with a Laptop. You may get interference.

Audio is excellent, missing some low end bass, but that could because the pads don't seal (you can hear the outside world). I like closed +sealed Headphones when listening to music and movies but for games or when trying to watch something while watching my kid, these are great. Mic is fine, had no issues hearing her on Skype / Ventrilo during gaming. (although, mic on the right side threw me off).

    PROS: • Light

    • Loud

    • 20ft Range

    • Works out of the box

CONS: • 2.4Ghz (more on this)

Appears to be a great looking gamers headset. Modern look and feels like headsets costing twice as much. We will see how it holds up to the wear and tear of use.

    PROS: Package

    CONS: cable too short

    Better than Turtle Beach
Out of the box this is an outstanding headset. The packaging is on par with Apple products. They are light weight, comfortable and sound great. For those contemplating wasting $300 on a set of Turtle Beach. STOP! I paid less than 100 bucks for these and i do not regret it. The mic sounds good. According to my XBOX LIVE friends I sound as good as i have ever sounded. I previuosly purchased 3 pairs of wireless turtle beaches and they all had unnecessary bells abd whistles that ended up breaking. My only gripe is the mic mute button. It is located in the most inconvenient place. I found my self hitting it every time I pulled the ear cup away from my ear. This would be ok but, when the mute is activated there is no beep in the headset to let you know it has been engaged. Nor is there a light that comes on to let you know. This seems like it could be fixed easily by the manufacturer concidering the entire side of the headset lights up. All in all i love my new headset and i would buy it again in a heartbeat.

    PROS: Durable

    great sound quality

    cheap price

battery lasts for hours and hours.

CONS: I cuts off after 5min of not having audio from the optical input.

The mute button is in the way.

No sign that the mute is on
