Vertical Adjusting Ceiling Bracket for Projector w/ 300 - 400mm Extension (Max 22Lbs) - BLACK

This bracket allows you to mount your projector to a ceiling with an angle of up to 15 degrees.

This mount holds a projector from the top at a distance of 11.8" to 15.7" (300-400 mm) from the ceiling surface. It can accommodate projectors with a 3 or 4 mounting holes and a spacing diameter of 1.6" to 12.2" (40-310 mm) and a weight of up to 22 lbs (10 kg).

Provided the total diameter of the projectors wires/cables is less than the internal diameter of the vertical mounting bar they can be contained within the vertical bar for a neat and professional appearance. The projector can be tilted in both the horizontal and vertical axes, ±5 degrees horizontally and ±15 degrees vertically. Positioning screws allow precise control of the tilt angles, while locking screws keep it in the perfect position.

Overall a great product, only grip is that the intructions were horrible. Being that I am a very mechanical person I was able to with the help of 2 other guys (2 guys hold unit 1 guy works) the unit went up in about half an hour, but like I said bad instructions so it came down once to be rebuilt correctly. Looks awsome and very strong

    PROS: Looks great
    Strong

    CONS: Bad instructions

    Extremely versatile & well-built
I'll definitely be ordering more of these in the future. Worked perfectly and looks great. The "base" of my projector is about 14" below the mounting surface.

Easy to install. Lots of adjustments for positioning projector.

PROS: Easy to install. Exactly as described. Looks great..

CONS: Had to drill extra mounting holes in center of ceiling mount to make sure it hit the joist.

    Great mount
For this'd unit to replace the home-made plumbing contraption that I rigged up. Didnt really expect anything made of metal at this price. Actually very little plastic most of the unit is metal and hasn't slipped at all since install two months ago.

PROS: Great mount at a great price. Pretty easy to put up

    CONS: None

    Very good mount
Very good mount. Not the best out there, but its very sturdy, not flimsy at all and fits most projectors. I used it on my Benq W1070 with no problem. Would love to see a Monoprice model with fine tuning to level the projector exactly. The instructions were written by someone with a rudimentary knowledge of the English language, but you can figure them out. Install took about 30 minutes.

    PROS: Good price

    Well built

    Works

    CONS: Instructions are laughable

Not a con, but would like to see a some fine tuning screws added to the design

CONS: needs passage for wire inside.

Very well made ceiling mount regardless of price. Now, price itself excellent, and NOT supplemented with exorbitant shipping rates. In spite of low prices, you still respond to queries and quickly. It's why I recommend Monoprice again and again.

PROS: Excellent ceiling mount. Though an excellent price, Appreciate Monoprice responds to queries.

CONS: This time you didn't understand my query after 2 attempts. Maybe I was not clear.

    Versatile mount
Were it not for the terrible instructions included I would rate this much higher. Tip - Before you start loosely assemble the mount using all of the incl hardware, with this process of elimination you will figure out what the remaining pieces of hardware are for.

PROS: -Lots of adjustment points for all dimensional tweaks to align my projector.

-Used it for the Epson PowerLite Home Cinema 3020, only 3 of the available 4 projector mount connections were possible to use due to the layout on the projector.

    -Great Value

CONS: Included instructions are really bad and very hard to follow. Example - they mention using screw 8 which is not included in the kit. For mounting the bracket to the ceiling, the instructions provide no guidance on what types of wall the included hardware is for. I was not able to position the bracket at a ceiling joist due to screen center point, requiring the mount location to straddle joists so I ended getting separate toggle bolts to fasten the bracket to the ceiling, which is older style plaster.

    Projector Mount was OK
I purchased this for mounting an Epson 3010e.
Would not work. Clearly I misunderstood the specs, or they're wrong.
The "spread" for the mounting feet was about one inch short. I ended up making my own brackets to extend the brackets as I was in a pinch.

    PROS: Well made

CONS: Hard to understand what the projector will actually mount to.
    Assembly instructions are terrible.
