The HDA -3700 is a set top design great for digital terrestrial broadcast reception.  It features  state-of-the-art low noise amplifier technology and circuitry for getting the best reception.  Sleek and elegant design that can be set horizontally or verically.

    Very Satisfied
Mounted this antenna in my attic and connected to TVs to it. Happy to have free TV. Signal quality is probably relative to the signal strength in your area so it's hard to really review that piece unless I had multiple Antennas to choose from.

    PROS: Item was as described

    CONS: None at this time

    Better than Others
So far so good! I went from 8-channels in one position to 6-channels in what I would have considered a better position with my older Monoprice antennae. After doing those re-scans and tests I connected this model in the exact same place and position where I was only getting 6-Channels previously. I now get 21 channels crystal clear with no issues. Anyone complaining about this product at this price is a fool.

There are so many environmental and situational issues that can cause poor reception. If you aren't comparing exactly the same environment/situation/time/placement then you aren't actually comparing anything. When people say things like "all I get is static when I plug this in"...what they are really saying is "I didn't do the research necessary to determine what stations are around me, where they are at, what type of antennae I'll need to get the most stations at the highest quality, the appropriate azimuth to get that and so on and so forth." From where I'm at there are 13 stations (and their sub-channels) at precisely 2 degrees from North at 15 to 20 miles out generally speaking. I can get away with a directional antennae at mild amplification so this antennae is perfect for me.

You might be in the middle of all your stations so you'd need a more omni-directional antennae. You might be 30 miles out and NEED an outdoor directional antennae to get any real signal at all. Compare one unit to another in the same situation at roughly the same time...fine, but don't blame this unit for your lack of effort.

PROS: It works quite a bit better than other Monoprice antennae I have tried.

CONS: No direct suggestions on design, but it could have a few more mounting choices.

    HDTV Antenna Purchase experience
I recently purchase a HDTV Indoor TV Antenna. I like here to let you know about my experience with the MonoPrice Web Site.
I most of the refrain from ordering on line if it's across border. You see i am a Canadian, so for me even Ordering from the USA, is sometimes a little scary. You never really know who you are dealing with a bit like a crap shot! Here is my experience with MonoPrice First i was impress with the prices vs quality and the large assortment of product that are here in Canada hard to find and most of the time more expensive. I decided to take a gamble and order a Indoor TV antenna based up on customers reviews and Price. I figure what the hell, my TV reception is so bad here and it's about $20. so what do i have to lose? Worst comes to worst 20$. i found that ordering on line with MonoPrice was quick, intuitive and secure. They even sent me a confirmation email with all the details, including price breakdown and date of delivery. Great so far so good. Well believe it or not the package containing my antenna kit arrive precisely on the date they had announce. The package contain all the parts and instructions, and in no time it was hooked to my HDTV. Reception is much better, and i now get 4 more free to air and 1 HD channel. That's a lot better than before, and believe me I live in a old Industrial Loft and my HDTV is place near a walls that carries a lot of600v, 220v & 110v lines as well as distribution Box panels. A Antenna nightmare! So it's without reserve that i recommend for the service, and the quality vs Price MonoPrice. Please note that i am real, in no way connected to them, and I write this as a service to future customers, knowing very well that sometimes "the extra push" that influence one decision to buy comes from statement from satisfied client and i am one of them. By the way excuse my english, i am a French person.

    Best digital antenna I've used
I was so impressed by the first one I ordered, I ordered on for my son, then one for my Father in Law who lives in a very rural area. Now my sister in law wants one.

PROS: Great reception in both urban and rural areas.
    Low cost.

    CONS: Requires power source

Great HDTV Antenna, Great Price, & GREAT Service
I wanted to buy an HDTV antenna for my new 55-inch wifi-enabled HDTV so that i could be completely free from any cable connections or Cable TV bills. I can stream most shows that I want using things like Hulu Plus and Netflix, as well as Apple TV and other available wifi-enabled widgets built into my TV, my blu-ray player, etc. The only thing I was missing was live broadcast TV from the major networks for things like local and national news, as well as a few TV shows.

So I figured I'd try an HDTV antenna as a simple solution.

Well, it works great! And this antenna was simple to set up. I just plugged in the [power cord, connected the antenna to the TV with a separately purchased coaxial cable cord, and then went through my TV's antenna set-up menu to find all of the available TV stations. I receive over a dozen stations, several in HD format. (I only watch about four of them as the others in my area are all Spanish language channels.)

The antenna cost about $25.00 which included the shipping. And it arrived in two business days!! Wow!

So for $25.00, you can have "free" over the air broadcast TV and not have to pay for cable. Superb!

PROS: Small separately-powered antenna unit. Simple hook-up. Great reception. Amazing price and unbelievably fast shipping.

CONS: Metal stand piece does not fit (but I wasn't going to use it anyway).

    Excellent !
Je ne croyais pas à ce produit et en fait, il me donne des excellents résultats. Il est à 6 pieds de ma porte-patio et me donne Radio-Canada, Télé-Québec, V, et CTV, en full HD.

PROS: Quick connexion and HD TV !

    CONS: None yet

    Great Product
It picks up many channels, very impressed.
i recommend only auto programming for Air channels, if you do everything you will get many fuzzy channels.

    Works great
I have never written a review before, and I think that most reviews are from the company anyway. With that said I am totally impressed with this product. I recently bought an antenna from best buy for $75 and I couldn't get 2 of the lower channels. I bought 2 of these for less than half the price and I get all the channels. This was my second time buying from mono price (the first was 4 hdmi cables, also worked great) and I think if they have what I need I will continue to buy from them.
P.S. you gotta love the next day delivery!

    PROS: Works as described

CONS: Not to keen on the stand set up
    January 31, 2012
I was able to put it in a window that faces the broadcast antennas about 5 miles away and I get absolutely excellent quality on both channels that are available here.

    PROS: Easy to set up.

    CONS: None really.
