Don't leave your flat panel TV on a table or stand where it can be knocked over and damaged, or even worse injure a child or pet. Instead, mount it securely and safely to the wall using this Low Profile Wall Mount Bracket from Monoprice!
This mount bracket features an ultra-slim form factor, which puts the back of the TV only about 0.4" away from the wall, making it ideal for displays with side or bottom facing connections. It has undergone extensive safety testing and has been certified by Underwriters Laboratories (UL), which ensures that it will perform safely and reliably.
This bracket is designed to mount an LCD, LED, or Plasma display with a VESA mounting pattern between 75x50 and 400x400, which includes most 32" to 55" TVs*. It can be mounted to any type wall (brick, concrete, wood stud, etc.) and can safely hold up to 88 lbs (including the weight of the mount itself). Mounting hardware is included.
* Note that the display screen size is only an approximation. Your TV is compatible with this mount as long as your display has a VESA mounting pattern and weight that fit within the size and weight limits listed above.

PROS: As slim as advertised
Seems sufficiently sturdy for the size TV it will hold
Price is great even with shipping
CONS: None if you read the specs before you order
PROS: Easy to use. Exactly what I was looking for.
CONS: Nothing really, if you know what your are doing. Make sure you know how to run your cords.
PROS: Slim Design, Sturdy, Built in Level, Large Assortment of Included Hardware, Nice Quick Mount/Release Feature (tool-less mounting and removal)
CONS: Without traditional set screws, the TV is free to slide side to side on the mount. This isn't a huge problem since the TV can't slide off the end due to stops, but it might be an issue for some.
PROS: Super slim. Well Built
CONS: Almost too thin
PROS: This product was very easy to put up. Comes in a small box. TV is close to the wall, almost flush with it.
CONS: Hmmmmm, Can't really think of any
PROS: Very sturdy. Low profile- TV will be very close to wall. Easy to hang an remove TV from wall bracket.
CONS: A level is included on the bracket but it can move slightly so it's not reliable. It can shift slightly in place on the bracket so you have to use a level. Very minor issue overall.
PROS: Well made
PROS: Super compact, yet strong enough for a 55" LCD HDTV.
Installation took less than 15 minutes.
Very thin so TV does not protrude from the wall much.
Great product for the price.
CONS: Not any I can think of.
PROS: Monoprice has the best prices in the market, which I appreciate, because I believe it's true pricing. Buying off the store shelves would have cost me 4 times as much. I also appreciate that the users manual is on the ordering page, so I know exactly what tools I need and if it's the right product for my needs.
CONS: Due to cords on the tv, we had to purchase an additional part. Really not the fault of Monoprice, but a warning would be nice for older model flat screens.
This turned out to be a good thing, because the TV set also has an ethernet port on the back that absolutely was not usable with the main rack mounted to the wall - it was simply too tight to fit. The solution I came up with was to use the spacers that wouldn't work on the back of the TV to mount the main rack slightly out from the wall, which provided sufficient room for the ethernet cable connector. The result isn't quite as tight against the wall as it should be, but it's sturdy enough and doesn't look too bad.
I don not recommend this mount unless your TV set has a very flat back and its cables for power and inputs connect on the bottom or side, rather than the back - otherwise, it's just too "low profile".
PROS: Small, lightweight, inexpensive, conceptually simple
CONS: Does not accomodate TV's with indented backs very well
Cannot cope with even relatively short depth cable connectors
