Full-Motion TV Wall Mount Bracket (Max 175 lbs, 40 - 70 inch)
Don't leave your flat panel TV on a table or stand where it can be knocked over and damaged, or even worse injure a child or pet. Instead, mount it securely and safely to the wall using this Adjustable Tilting/Swiveling Wall Mount Bracket from Monoprice!
This mount bracket supports adjustments in three dimensions; it can be swiveled ±90° and can be tilted up to 8° upward and 15° downward. Additionally, it can be extended from a minimum distance to the wall of 5.4" to a maximum of 23.9", and adjusted up to 5.7" horizontally.
This bracket is designed to mount an LCD, LED, or Plasma display with a VESA mounting pattern between 100x100 and 900x500, which includes most 40" to 70" displays*. It can be mounted to any type wall (brick, concrete, wood stud, etc.) and can safely hold up to 175 lbs (including the weight of the mount itself). Mounting hardware is included.
* Note that the display screen size is only an approximation. Your display is compatible with this mount as long as it has a VESA mounting pattern and weight that fit within the size and weight limits listed above.

PROS: Instructions were a little bit vague but if you are the least bit handy you should have no problems.
PROS: Worked perfectly. Good heavy duty mount.
PROS: Easy Install and Construction Durability Cost
CONS: For beginners (like me) instructions can be vague
PROS: The wall mount showed up on time. Read the direction fully and carefully, it make the unit easy to setup and mount. It was easier setting up than my son wall mount.
CONS: If you opt for 3 day shipping. The shipping cost more than the wall mount. But it was still $20-$30 cheaper than buying from the big box stores.
PROS: Exactly what I needed. Easy installation (with the exception of lifting the TV onto the mount). Solid product.
CONS: Wish it locked in the fixed position when not tilting/swiveling.
PROS: Easy enough for 1 person to install. Cost. I always find exactly what I'm looking for at a great price.
CONS: The holes for the mounting plate that goes directly on the wall should have a few more holes for times when the builders don't exactly place the studs 16" on center. I had to modify mine slightly...but I shouldn't of had too!!!
PROS: Easy to setup. Long extension arm. Very adjustable.
CONS: Arm sags. Can be difficult to adjust with 1 person. Can't make it flush with the wall.
PROS: vertical, horizontal and rotational adjustments available after mounting the frame to the wall. No sag with my plasma (59" 68lbs)
CONS: defective included bubble-level was off-level on two sides. I felt the pilot hole of 3/32 inch was too small for included lag bolts I used 3/16 which is still smaller than the diameter of the bolt w/o threads. Biggest frustration: REALLY could have used center-line marks and some drawings indicating height of the VESA brackets relative to the frame on the wall.
It does work though, the sag does worry me a little. Hope the TV does not fall it.
PROS: Easy to install
Can view tv at any angle
CONS: sags when TV is mounted so I cannot push the TV against the way without lifting it a little
PROS: Great arm for the price.
CONS: Since this is a single arm unit, there's a fair amount of flex so the tilt of the monitor won't be correct in both stowed and extended positions. The 175lb max may be pushing it a bit, I have an older 100lb LCD and it does flex more than i expected (compared to the heavy duty arm sold at Costco which costs 2x, with the same rating, but uses cast aluminum parts and is more stable).
