    Great Headset, May not last....

    Pros: Easy Pairing.
    Decent sound.
    Easy Controls
    Battery life is phenomenal.

Cons: Power switch can be hard to slide on or off.
First pair only lasted 7 months of pretty frequent use.

I LOVE this headset. I use them quite frequently for a variety of reasons. My first pair worked flawlessly for about 7 months. When the left earpiece started losing audio intermittently, I was annoyed. I immediately ordered a replacement pair not wanting to be without the headset. I probably should have tried for a warranty replacement but it is probably to late, now and I didn't want to have to go back to the corded headset while trying to get the replacement.
Pairing using NFC could not be easier and controls are easy to use. I am a larger guy but haven't noticed an issue with the neckband size.
Hopefully I get at least a year or more of use on the 2nd pair but overall really satisfied with the price/performance issue. Also I noticed on the second pair the power switch is harder to slide on or off.

    short lived 11534 Bluetooth® In-Ear Headphones with aptX® NFC and Built-in Microphone

    Pros: - very light
    - amazing battery life
    - stereo headset instead of just 1 ear

Cons: earbud wires can be a tad taught when placing the earbuds into the collar, this I find to be the main issue between the 2 of this headset that I have owned

this is an update to my previous review. Oddly enough I had to power off my RAZR HD and then turn it back on to get the microphone from the headset working properly while connected over BT making normal phone calls. Now that I got that all sorted out with the microphone. It's my best BT headset yet :)

    Update January 05, 2016 :
Well, I've had to RMA my 11534 Bluetooth® In-Ear Headphones with aptX® NFC and Built-in Microphone- Black. Today.brbrI've owned these since June of 2015 approximately. As what my original concern was, the ear bud cable management did become an issue and the 2 ear buds due to the stress of putting the earbuds away in the holders when I was done seems to have caused loose connection..there for the left and right earbuds the audio is breaking apart for music and phone calls. Still has amazing battery life for my needs tho..only been charging once a month. When I get my replacement 11534's I won't be putting the ear buds tucked away back in the holders..just leave the ear buds out dangling to hopefully prevent stress damage on the ear bud cables.

    New update : September 05, 2016
Well I'm back for some additional information regarding my 11534 (Bluetooth® In-Ear Headphones with aptX® NFC and Built-in Microphone) My replacement 11534 didn't last long barely 7 months, then the right side ear bud sound cuts in and out. probably not going to rma this one, just gonna look for a different product to substitute the 11534 that I have. I did enjoy having it honestly, good sound and decent microphone..just the earbuds now are issue on both 11534s that I have owned. Unless there is a 2.0 version of this model I would recommend staying away. Unless you don't mind short term investment on a Bluetooth headset.

    Flimsy and short lived

    Pros: Sounds good,
    keeps a charge for days

    Cons: flimsy, and easily broken,
    will not last a year.

I truly enjoyed these headphones, for the six months they lasted. The return policy, and customer service are wonderful, so I easily get a replacement pair, which also broke within 6 months. The first pair, due to an electrical failure, and the second the plastic collar simply snapped while putting them around my 16.5 inch neck. Very disappointing.

    Garbage. Breaks within 6 months

Pros: Works well until it breaks

    Cons: Brwaks every six months

I ordered this and was very happy for six months, and then the war bud wires disconnected. After the typically easy, worry free return, the new set plastic collar snapped in two within 6 months as well.

    Solid, with a couple caveats.

Pros: Sound quality, battery life, fast pairing

Cons: Interference, minor discomfort for large necks

So, overall, I do like these. I am comparing them to other bluetooth headsets I've had. The audio quality of these can easily match the best I've heard from any bluetooth. They are lightweight. They do fit a little tight around my neck, though that is a combined function of my neck size and the overall design (the LG Tone series headset I had, had flexible arms in comparison to this stiffer design), but they don't cause me any major discomfort. I get a solid 10 hours of mixed audiobooks and phone calls, so battery life is top-end, and matches up with advertised numbers. The line-of-sight range is comparable to other headsets, but that leads to the second caveat, which is major: these do very poorly with interference. To elaborate, if I have my phone holstered on my left side (as is my habit, since my keys are on the right), I end up dealing with interference (audio skips and stutters) just by virtue that the bluetooth receiver is on the opposite of my body from the phone. Consequently, these do poorly with anything that breaks line-of-sight. This compares very poorly with all other headsets I've had, and that list includes several plantronics headsets which sit only on the ear and have a much smaller bluetooth receiver. This is a major issue as the last thing I want is to have to consider where my phone is compared to my headset as long as it's within range (I can fully understand issues at range). On the subject of design, they look as nice as any and seem to be built well. The criss-cross handling of the earbuds is a creative, low-cost solution to the earbuds and I think I prefer this method to retractable cords or magnets on the back of the earbuds themselves. Time will tell as to whether the build quality matches my perception, but thus far all appears good. If these had better range when dealing with interference, I'd rate them a solid 4.5.
