    Pros: Quick service

    Cons: This specific toner did not work in my printer. I have been communicating with tech support to get this replaced. - 9162 MPI compatible Samsung SCX4725 Laser/Toner-Black

    In the past we have had problems with the color cartridges for our Brother Color Cartridges but the problem seems to come and go. Maybe a quality issue here.

    Pros: Have purchased these cartridges before and been very happy. Good product at a good price.

    Cons: This cartridge doesn't work. When I inserted this cartridge in the printer it failed to print. I rceived and error on the printer "LSU error". Placing the old cartridge back in the printer and I can print again....of course the toner is weak and printing is light and streaked. I cleaned the printer inside and out and tried again with the new cartridge but still have the same error

    The fault has to be with the new cartridge.
