Quality Service. Quality Product. Great Price
Monoprice beat another toner provider by about $10 and looks like the cartridges they provide are better quality.

PROS: Best price. Reliable service. Toner cartridge seems to be working great

CONS: We would like to use Monoprice to get our MICR toner, but that doesn't appear like an option

It was as described and fixed the problem of the previous cartage, and that it had started leaking.

    Works beautifully
Overall this a great toner cartridge with a lot of value, you don't have anything to worry about going with Monoprice vs getting HP brand, at least for black cartridges. I can't speak for the color ones but I can't wait to try them out

PROS: It printed nice and solid from the first print. Very full, dark black printing with no smudges or defects that I could see. The quality of print is comparable to the HP cartridges that came with the printer and is obviously head and shoulders above the eBay cartridges I bought last time. Saves a fortune on not buying HP cartridges

CONS: It's labeled on the wrong side of the cartridge. Assuming all Monoprice cartridges for this printer model(Color LaserJet 2600n) are labeled this way, if you had all 4 cartridges for the printer installed and you had just opened the printer without being familiar with the layout of the order in which the cartridges are stacked, you would have no idea which cartridge was which because the label is on the side that faces inside the printer rather than on the flat strip on the back that the OEM uses to label their cartridges which can clearly be seen on each cartridge to denote their color when the printer is open. It's not terribly bad as it is because I have only the black Monoprice cartridge installed for now but if I had all 4 cartridges installed, this could become quite confusing later on when replacing them and I do eventually intend to replace the eBay color cartridges with these as well at some point.

    Can't go wrong with Monoprice!

PROS: Price, shipping, service, all A+++

CONS: Quality of print not as good as original HP but it's a refurbished cartridge. Good enough for me.

    Poor Contrast In Prints
We bought these since they were so much cheaper than the new HP product. We noticed that when we tried printing a DVD cover as we have done hundreds of times before, the colors and contrast seemed all washed out and faded. We then tried many different options, including printer drivers, software (adobe photoshop cc, acrobat, etc.), and even different operating systems (windows and Mac), and nothing seemed to correct the problem. We then swapped out the monoprice cartridge for a new one from HP and the difference was immediately obvious. The black level was the problem and going back to the expensive new HP cartridges fixed the problem for us. We were really hoping these remanufactured units would have worked as they are so much less expensive. There might not be much of a problem when printing just black text, but a major problem when printing photos.

    PROS: Cheaper than original.

CONS: Photo prints have very poor contrast compared to new HP cartridges.
