HDMI® Right Angle Port Saver Adapter (Male to Female) - 90 Degree - Vertical Flat Left

Tight spaces giving you a problem connecting your HDMI® cable? Tired of having to move your equipment just to reach those "hard to get places?" Use an HDMI port saver to save your time and efforts in your cable setup! Our HDMI port savers (male to female) give you the flexibility you'll need without risking bending your HDMI cables excessively which may damage the cable or even worse the ports on your expensive HDTV. This port saver will help ease the strain at the point of connection to eliminate damage to the HDMI ports on your television.

This port saver supports 3D signals!

If your port is vertically mounted and the flat side is on the left, it would point downward. If the flat side were on the right, it would point upward.

It does what it is supposed to do!
This elbow works great for what it is intended to do. I bought a SAMSUNG LED TV and mounted it on my wall. However, the HDMI cables were flexible enough for me to keep them hidden behind the TV (the stuck out on the side. This elbow gizmo allows you to keep the cables hidden. As a hint, buy two that turn in opposite directions if you have more than one HDMI cable, otherwise you'll still have problems plugging them in.

PROS: Helps turn the corners on LED TVs with the HDMI ports near the edge of the TV.

    Handy Space Saver :)
Using it with HDMI Keystone 6853, great to prevent pending cable in the box. If the box is tight, I recommend you use tape to hold in place and prevent the cable from disconnecting as you push it back in.

PROS: Inexpensive, handy great space saver

    CONS: None

    good product
Does what it's supposed to - gets the cable going in the direction you need it, so it's not kinked and not seen sticking out the side of the television.

    PROS: Cheap, effective.

A must have for recessed HDMI jacks
I installed several recessed wall plates with keystone jacks for various combinations of HDMI, RJ45, power receptacles, etc for mounting TVs. I quickly realized after the 1st installation that the HDMI cables sit too deep for standard construction (~3.5 in deep 2x4 studs). Monoprice to the rescue and very clean HDMI ports ready for nearly flush mounting of TVs.

PROS: Give you the room needed to connect recessed HDMI ports

    CONS: None

    worked great
Used this at rear of ceiling mounted projector which has a very stiff HDMI cable due to long length required (20') and being run in attic and wall. It also saved me about a foot of cable which was needed, by eliminating a loop in cable required to come straight in. Made it possible for HDMI cable to lay flat across the rear of projector and to tie it off. I think this will be a port saver and makes installation neater.

    PROS: Cleans up HDMI cord

    CONS: None
