The usb to parallel adapter worked perfectly and is a good item to use for an office with a good HP laser printer and a new computer.

    The Price was excellent.

    Pros: Nada

    Cons: Doesn't work

Used this to try and connect my old Panasonic KX-P1123 dot matrix to my home built (Asus mother board) Windows computer under both Win7 and Win10. Sometimes it recognized it as an IEEE-1284 controller and sometimes as an unknown device. When i tried to add a printer manually. Both Win7 and Win10 update pulled up a driver for the KX-P1123, but under both the test page went to the printer queue and NEVER to the actual Printer.

All the combos I tried: swapped out the printer cable tried a motherboard USB port front and back, USB extension card ports both 2.0 and 3.0 tried an Epson LQ Series 1(80) drivers which the Panasonic website recommended. Never printed.

Also did not get a disk with this. Is there such a thing as a user's manual for this? Read all the reviews here and none helped.

    Pros: Works
Connection method for Parallel printer to USB

Cons: One more cable in the mess behind most computers

Cable delivered as promised in good order. Worked 1st time to connect older HP parallel printer to USB. Existing computer did not have a parallel port and the printers USB port had failed years before.

Pros: The cable arrived in good order and appears to be good, but I haven't tried it yet

Cons: The package refers to an enclosed CD, but there was no such disk inside.

Review will be completed after I have tried the cable with the printer I am awaiting for delivery on.
