6ft Coiled 3.5mm Male To 3.5mm Male Stereo Audio Cable - Black

The 3.5mm (1/8") stereo TRS connector is more commonly known as the Headphone Jack on portable mp3 players and mobile phones. This cable has a gold plated male 3.5mm stereo (TRS) plug on each end and features ultra-slim connector heads.

The cable is coiled, with a minimal length of about 15" and a maximum length about 6 feet. The cable is ideal for connecting a stereo audio output, such as an mp3 player or phone, to a stereo audio input, such as the auxiliary input on a car stereo system.

Woops, I glazed over the "coiled" feature
I saw in a hurry, saw "6ft cable" and bought it. Didn't even look at the second photo (which I kinda wish was the primary photo). Oops.

    PROS: Good looking, quality cable.

CONS: It's coiled, and when retracted is just a little over 1 foot long. But that's my mistake.

Not exactly what I was thinking
Sweet little cord, going to use it for Aux input on the car so i don't have a tangled mess draped everywhere. I will add - if you want to use one of these coiled cables for listening to headphones, get a longer cord. The tension on this one is a little too tight for instance if you have your phone in your pocket, or even really on a desk next to you. I would say buy the next size up for that use. For AUX input or something like that however, the coiled cable is a godsend for keeping things tangle free/compact while still having the ability to grab your phone and stretch it out.

PROS: Good small 1/8" ends, no worries about the cable housing obstructing these from plugging into recessed ports.

    Good elasticity/springyness of the cord

    CONS: Nothing

    Good for desktop use.
I bought this cable for use at my desk and it fits that role perfectly. The cable is the ideal length for comfortable use, then easily contracts to be put aside when not in service, which means it doesn't clutter my workspace.

    PROS: good performance

    good construction

    very inexpensive

    PROS: Good Quality Cable.

CONS: It is 6FT. MAYBE, if stretched out with 20 foot pounds of pressure, it's more like 1 ft. comfortably. Okay for portable devices plugging into your home or car stereo but NOT good as a replacement headphone cable.

    Fits my headphones
I bought Audio Technica noise cancelling headphones. When I purchased them, I did not realize that they had a removable 3.5 mm male to male headphone cord. The cord that came with the headphones is thin and looks like they would break easily, if you caught it on a airplane seat when moving around. It was difficult to find a plug with a small barrel to fit into the recessed input on the headphones. This one is the ticket!!!!

PROS: Small Barrel, good sound quality

    CONS: None as of yet.

    Coiled Wire Length
Almost too short for any use.

    PROS: Well made.

CONS: Disappointed in this product only because of length. I thought a 6 foot coiled wire would open to double its length. This wire is almost 3 feet coiled and does not allow for much length before disconnecting from the headphone.

    Great for cars
This cable works great for connecting your audio device to your stereos aux jack. However I wouldn't stretch it because it's coiled, tends to make the cable look ugly overtime. Other than that, this cable is excellent!

    PROS: Long life

CONS: My only issue with the cable is that over time, for mine, the cover for cable came "unglued". That's probably due to me constantly using it everyday. It held up just over a year. Going to purchase again.

    Nice for Monoprice NFC Brick
Works very well for the Monoprice NFC Brick Speaker I carry with me on the road. Haven't used it enough to really break it init's flexible, obviously, but still retains its shape very well. Looking forward to years of usage.

Stopped Working Within a Couple Weeks
This stopped working within a couple weeks of using it to connect my iPhone to my car's AUX jack. I think the internal wiring is frayed, because sound only comes out the driver-side speakers. If I positioned the cable just right, I would get sound out of both sides again, but it didn't last very long since it's in a car.

    Don't buy these.

    good product and service
Fits perfectly into the monoprice iPhone case. Good quality and keeps its shape. I am buying another one now.

PROS: quality, service, the coiled cord stays out of the way.

    CONS: None
