    High quality cable. Well made!
I purchased two of these cables (one blue, one pink) as a his and her connection because it was easier to remember that the pink cable was my fiance's and the blue was mine. No more interrupting her game on accident when I need to disconnect my cables :) The quality is great and the variety of colors is great for distinguishing connections and paths.

PROS: The colors are awesome. The price can't be beaten! The quality is very high!

    CONS: None!

When COLOR is More Important Than Speed
My wife has a pink laptop, so she needed a pink cable. It's as simple as that.
I actually use several colors of CAT5e and CAT6 cable from Monoprice to signify various uses within my mini data center. All their cables are top quality and work as expected.

    PROS: The cable works fine.

    CONS: None

    Just what she wanted
Cable matches my wife's notebook color perfectly, exactly what she was looking for. Didn't see anything like it anywhere else. Longer than standard length also a big plus.

    Meh
The little release tab on the modular connector - used for releasing the cable from the jack - is too short. It's only about an eighth of an inch less than normal but on the equipment I intended this for (a Raspberry Pi computer in a Pibow case) I had to use a tool to get the cable free.

There's also a stiff, fixed plastic boot around the tab which I think would make the cable difficult to deal with even on more standard hardware. Those things exist to protect the tab from breaking off during storage and movement of the cable but a separate, movable rubber boot - which used to be standard - is the way to go if you need something like that. (you don't need something like that)

    PROS: Decent build quality.

CONS: A couple of minor, inexplicable misfeatures.
