Christmas 2009 Schedule

Thursday, December 24th- Monoprice will be available for phones and live chat. Packages scheduled to be delivered on this date will be delivered on this date as scheduled. UPS Ground packages will not be picked up on this date and it would be picked up or moved on Monday 12/28/2009 instead. Friday, December 25th- Monoprice will be closed for Christmas. Orders received after 12/23/2009 6AM PT will not be shipped until Monday 12/28/2009. Shipments originally expected to arrive on this date will not be delivered until 12/28/2009. This date will not count towards the transit period as it is considered to be a holiday where shipments are not moved by couriers. Saturday, December 26th- Monoprice will be available for Livechat support. Sunday, December 27th- Monoprice will be available for Livechat support.

New Years 2009/2010 Schedule

Thursday, December 31st- Monoprice will be available for phones and live chat. Shipments originally expected to arrive on this date will not be delivered until 1/4/2010. UPS Ground packages will not be picked up on this date and it would be picked up or moved on Monday 1/4/2010 instead. Friday, January 1st- Monoprice will be closed for New Year’s. Orders received after 12/30/2009 6AM PT will not be shipped until Monday 1/4/2009. Shipments originally expected to arrive on this date will not be delivered until 1/4/2009. This date will not count towards the transit period as it is considered to be a holiday where shipments are not moved by couriers. Saturday, January 2nd- Monoprice will be available for Livechat support. Sunday, January 3rd- Monoprice will be available for Livechat support.
