This stylus is made of solid aluminum, which gives a nice, solid feeling in your hand. The soft rubber tip is designed to glide smoothly over your touchscreen, whether it is bare or adorned with a screen protector. The tip is strengthened around the base, which provides support and ensures that the tip doesn't squash more than about the third at the end. This means that you will have more accurate screen manipulation then possible with a bare finger or other styluses, regardless of the amount of writing pressure used.

|  Pros: good tip, good weight, good price
Cons: hex shape is uncomfortable
Overall, it's a nice enough stylus. The 'edges' of the hex shape are uncomfortable. It's just large enough, and sharp enough to be noticeable. So, there's an automatic limit to how long I'm willing to use it. Still, I like that it has no clips or other bits hanging off of it. The tip has a nice balance of firmness/softness and grip/slip. It's almost good. If I had access to a lathe, I would just modify it...

| | Alignment issues | Pros: Price
I didn't use it, but my wife said that the alignment wasn't as accurate as her bamboo stylus from wacom.

Cons: fat, squishy tip
I didn't research styluses ... I added this one to my order for other iPad accessories. My experience with a stylus was the rigid thin one from the days of the Palm Pilot. I was surprised by the fat squishy tip of this stylus, but I understand (now) that it's necessary for the iPad touchscreen technology. It's a tad better than my fingertip since I can see better what I'm drawing. It works fine and seems well made. Seems to be holding up.

Very Responsive Rubber Tip
Easy to hold
Cons: NONE
I purchased this stylus after doing a lot of research online, reading reviews, talking to friends, etc. I wanted a stylus to use with my iPad, but didn't want to spend $15 or more. This stylus is easy to use, it is very responsive, and has a nice rubber tip on it. It does not feel cheap at all. It is such a good value I had to buy three more for family and friends. Do yourself a favor and try this stylus before wasting money on a "high quality" stylus from any other company for $15+ bucks.

Cons: fat tip, squeaks against screen protector
I bought this to practice drawing on my ipad. It works fine. The tip of the stylus is quite large, making it hard to draw fine lines or details because I can't see where I'm drawing. It is large because capacitive touch screen requires an area to activate. Later I bought another more expensive stylus elsewhere that has a transparent disc at the tip. In theory this allows for finer control but in practice there is a parallax problem due to the thickness of the glass and that I'm looking at the stylus tip and the screen at an angle. In the end, my most favorite stylus is my finger and I just have to zoom way in while drawing.
