Great Light for the Price

Pros: Affordable, BRIGHT, two-in-one, nice clamping feature built in., dual power option

Cons: none so far

I honestly didn't expect this light to be bright considering the price tag. I was very pleased when I hooked it up and turned it on. The LEDs are bright enough to light up my DJ equipment and my laptop keyboard at the same time. I love the dual settings on each light too. The clamp grabs well and the whole lamp seems pretty sturdy. I would recommend this to anyone.

As long as you go Battery Operated, you are good.

Pros: Pro:
-Two stage lighting so you can adjust brightness.
-Very flexible necks on the lamps to be able to position lights wherever you need them.
-Sturdy Base with string clip.
-Rubber coated clip for better gripping.
-Comes with Batteries.

Cons: Con:
-Power cord will not stay in.

I purchased this dual light to use with my DJ Gear to help illuminate my Mixer/Controller. It is a decent little light and even without the batteries inserted is weighted enough to stand up on its own.

I was planning to have this powered with the included USB to my Laptop, but the female jack on the back of the base keep pushing the connection cord out and the power disconnects. This would be very frustrating to have to deal with while trying to DJ at a live event.

I will most likely have to tape (or figure out a way to permanently attach) the cord to the base in order to use the USB Power, or I will have to rely on Batteries, which is frustrating as I only bought this specific unit for the USB power.

They do the job

Pros: The flexible heads are great for putting the light right where you want it.

Cons: I wish the light was just the slightest bit brighter. The edges of the pages were a little dim, but still readable. But to be fair, there was no ambient light around at all to help us out, which is not usually the case.

I direct a handbell choir, and we had to play outside in the dark at Christmas time. The dual-arm flexible LED lights worked perfectly. They clipped onto the folders and lit both pages adequately so everyone could read their music in the harshest of conditions.

great little light

Pros: Small, bright enough, flexible, includes batteries, dual settings for each lamp head.

Bright enough to properly illuminate my sheet music, but not blinding. Small and unobtrusive. Because of how I have my music stand set up (reversed, with a piece of anti-slip mat on it, and with the lip at the upper/away from me edge) I clip the light to the lip of the stand. The clip isn't quite robust enough to grab securely to just the thin sheet-metal lip of my stand. I'll add a wad of gaffer tape there to give it something more substantial to grab onto, and all will be fine. This little light does just what I need it to do: light up my music.

WORTH THE PRICE

Very good quality for the price! I use these units with laptops in low light environments. They are durable, easy to transport and set up. Very happy with the purchase!
