| Question: Will this device allow me to turn my monitor into an HDTV? | | Answer: Not by itself. This is just an antenna. You need a tuner to tune into HD Channels.. | | Question: I already have an antenna that I was using with my older TV''s. Do I have to replace it with a new HD Antenna? | Answer: No. Antennas haven''t changed, only the tuner that tune in the new digital channels. Some retailer may try to imply that you need a new antenna to go with your new HDTV, but they are just relabelling the old antennas as HD ready like they use to relabel headphones as digital ready when CD''s first came out. Fact is, the new ATSC broadcasts are sent of the same frequency spectrum as the old NTSC''s VHF and UHF bands.
So, if you already have a reliable antenna, it should continue to serve your new tuner or TV. | | Question: Will this antenna perform better than my current antenna? | | Answer: It depends. If you are currently using an amplified ariel roof-top antenna, probably not. But if you''re using passive rabbit ears, there''s a good chance the amplifier in our antennas may help you capture more signals. | | Question: Are your antennas omni-directional or directional? | | Answer: Our antennas are said to be highly directional, meaning you will get better reception by pointing them toward the source of the signals. | | Question: I''ve connected the antenna but don''t seem to be getting many or any signals. | Answer: Did you make sure to plug the antenna to a power source? If you have a model with a switch on back, did you make sure to switch it on? If you have the outdoor model, did you make sure to connect the power inserter into the line?between the TV and the antenna and that it was pointing in the right direction? Do the LED''s light come on indicating that power is going to the antenna? Do you have a clear line of sight to the source of transmissions?
If you''ve verified all this and are still having difficulties, please use our automated system to request a replacement or refund. | | Question: Q: Where can I get more information about television stations and reception in my area? | | Answer: A: You can check antennaweb.org to see what stations broadcast in your area. Our antennas are all appropriate for Green and lower areas. |

| | Awesome Antenna | Pros: Powerful, cheap and easy to set up.
Cons: None
This little unit was more powerful than I expected. We're about 25-30 miles away from the nearest broadcast towers, but had no problems picking up 60+ channels. Having the power plug really helped with distributing the signal throughout the house via our telcom hub in the basement. I would highly recommend this product over similar products that cost 2-3 times as much.

| | Amplified Indoor Antenna | Pros: Nicely packaged and works as advertised
Cons: It would be nice to have a way to hang it up. I rigged a way to hang it about one inch off the wall where it works better than being on the wall.
The antenna works better than other antennas I've tried. that were more expensive

| | Orange County, California 150 Channels found on first scan | Pros: Just works amazingly well
Cons: None
This is the second antenna I have bought for our office building in Fullerton California, the other one was the upgraded in door/outdoor model but this one works just as well. This one picked up 150 channels, the other one 158, it faces in a different direction. Obviously all the channels are not in English but we get all the locals plus the PBS ones and that's all we needed. Picture quality is amazing. I also tried this at my home in Victorville California which is out in the boonies. I got 10 channels mainly in Spanish and Chinese, We're still on analogue up there and in a valley so we can't get the Los Angeles signals

| | Works really well, simple, easy, cut my cable! | Pros: Well made. Easy to Use Works Well
Cons: None
This hooked up easily and I can pick up 12 local stations with a great picture and sound. I had basic cable, and I no longer need it. Really, it works that well for me. And, I don't watch that much TV anyway - mostly Netflix and Blu-Ray. So, I highly recommend this.
