Thank you for your review and truly sorry to hear PID 12889 is no longer charging your iPhone. Just to verify, is there any sort of error that pops up or does the phone not recognize that the cable is plugged in? Also, I see that you have the 3ft green and pink cables as well. Just to verify, is this only occurring with the blue? Also, if you would like, I can assist you in setting up an RMA for a replacement. We cover our cables with a lifetime warranty and obtaining the replacement would be of no additional cost to you. Please let me know if you wish to proceed and thank you in advance!
