This extendable monopod features a spring-loaded clamp at the end, which can hold a smartphone in landscape orientation. The clamp can securely hold any smartphone from 2.25 ~ 3.25" wide, can be rotated 360°, and can be tilted ±115°, allowing you to get the perfect angle for the perfect shot. The monopod arm extends from about 9" to about 38" long, which allows you to take shots with a wider field of view than you can by holding your phone at arm's length.
The monopod features a rubber covered handle for superior grip in all weather conditions. It also features a shutter button on the handle and a TRRS cable at the clamp, which activates your phone's shutter mechanism.
This monopod is compatible with Android™ devices and devices running Apple® IOS® 5.0.1 and later. On Android devices, the remote shutter button activates the Volume Up function. If your default camera app does not support changing the Shutter to the Volume Up button, download and install the free Camera 360 app from the Google Play™ store. For Apple IOS devices, no special setup is required.
