The tripod can be setup with a maximum height of 59.1" to a minimum height of only 10.4". The central column can be detached from the tripod and used as a monopod, with a maximum length of 61.8". It weighs only 53.6 oz., can accommodate up to 33 lbs. weight capacity, and when folded for storage, measures only 16.3" long. Pros: The pictures accurately show the product. The legs seem to be first rate carbon fiber. The locks seem well made too It folds quite compact and expands to a very usable size. Fully extended it is a solid platform provided you are not using extra long lenses like a 600mm. It's most solid with the column all the way down. The case was more than just a cheap Nylon bag. There was padding and a small compartment. Zippers were good quality. You could pack it in a travel bag and be OK.
