Check the lens window seal

Pros: Unbelievably great price on sale.
Looks to be very well built.
Very secure fit to camera.

Cons: Lens window seal was not installed correctly, but very easily fixed.
Needs to have optional color correcting filters for diving.

I noticed that the lens window cap was not level on the dive case I received.
I took out the screws and discovered the black plastic ring was not aligned properly - it has notches and is designed to fit in a particular orientation.
I put it back on correctly and it has been fine. I did not leak test it prior to fixing it, but I suspect it would not have held water.
I know Monoprice would have quickly exchanged it for me, but it only took 5 minutes to correct it myself.
I have ordered a lot of stuff from Monoprice, with only 1 other problem item, and they fixed that beyond my expectations, so this small issue will certainly not stop me from recommending them highly.
I would have rated it a 5, but it also needs to have color correcting filters available for diving.

Works great although pictures have a frame

Pros: Clear Video, good up to a depth of 135"!!!

Cons: Case of the frame is caught in every still photo taken

Used this on my recent dives in Belize. Went to 135" at the Blue hole and had not problems w/ camera or the case. I compared my footage with a friends Gopro and it was the same. Did have issue with the lense fogging up on a snorkel. Key is to ensure no moisture in the case. Still don't like the still photos as circular case can be seen around the rim.

Flat Lens Good! Case Overlaying Picture Bad!

Pros: The flat glass lens takes much less distorted pictures and video when compared to the waterproof case that comes with the MHD Sport Camera.

Cons: When taking pictures the case lens frame overlays the boundaries of the image! Did no one test this before production? For some reason the problem doesn't occur when shooting 1080p video, but in shooting still 5MP images the round, black case front shows in every picture. As with the standard waterproof case you will get some handling noise if you don't shim/pad the camera inside the case.

I purchased the Dive Case for the MHD Sport Camera so I could take pictures and video with less fish-eye image distortion that is imbued with the standard waterproof case that comes with the camera itself. When taking 1080p video this case does an amazing job at that goal. However when taking still pictures the camera case is visibly overlayed on the resulting images. I think this must be because the camera is positioned further "back" in the case to allow sufficient space for the curved front camera lens not to touch the flat glass of the case. The dive case comes with the same back and bottom T-mount clip attachments that the standard waterproof case does. In use the seal kept out water while doing an obstacle course run I've not tested the water resistance in anything deeper than a lake swim.

Also, I forgot to mention that the case DOES NOT come with the Swivel T-Tip Mount pictured on the product page. While the listing doesn't say that it does, the picture does sort of lead you to believe that it should. I should probably dock another star for that.

Pros: Much more clear images

With the glass lens it will provide clearer, less distorted images, especially when under water.
I cant comment or review on the safety of the depth of the case however.
