Missing parts!

Pros: affordable on-camera LED light

Cons: Missing all the Color Temperature filters that it claimed it would come with.

(Monoprice: Are you going to send me the Color temp filters that were promised with this order???)

It's an affordable camera light, so don't expect much. It's primarily cheap plastic and doesn't have a sturdy feel. I don't expect long after normal wear and tear. What irritates me most is that I usually ALWAYS color correct to 3200K and I didn't receive the two included Color Temperature filters that were supposed to come with the unit. I read from other reviewers that they were missing these as well. I would like to know if monoprice team corrected that issue.

MONOPRICE: HOW ABOUT YOU SEND THOSE MISSING PARTS? I would like to get these to make my kit complete.

Nice light, poor mounting

Pros: Bright light, solid construction, easy to use, allows for traditional batteries or rechargeable lithion ion

Cons: shoe mount is hit or miss - more often the flash fell off my camera, overall mounting is very poor

I bought 2 of these lights, and have had mixed results. They are bright and very convenient, but on the down side the mounting hardware is very poor. The light keeps falling out of the shoe mount on my camera. There is a way to tighten the mount knob, but it doesn't really work. I am going to end up gluing the mount to the light, so it wont fall off.

What you get is good (missing parts)

Pros: The light itself works decently is VERY bright and attached to my hotshoe okay. The connector things is a BIT flimsy but seems like it would be okay

Cons: DIdnt' received the "two included CT filters that slide in to place to create a warmer shooting environment."
Also not sure how they can justify this claim:
"In addition, the light can be synced with your camera to be used with the flash."

The plastic hotshoe connector seems like it will break, kindof cheap feeling.

I like the light, wanted the FILTERS that were supposed to be included. Also not sure how to sync with flash?
