Enhanced Bass Hi-Fi Noise Isolating Earphones - White

With its stylish design, these Monoprice earphones will prompt complete strangers to ask you where you got them, but you won't hear a word they say as you rock on down the highway!

Made with a noise-isolating design and producing clear and solid sound, these earphone are a great way to enjoy your favorite music from your iPod or other portable music device. They fit comfortably into the ears and produce solid bass notes and clear midrange tones, both normally a weakness in earphones, thanks to the large 14.2 mm driver unit.

The 48" cord terminates in a gold-plated 3.5 mm stereo plug, which connects to most popular music devices and phones, with better connectivity and corrosion resistance than the more common nickel and tin-plated connectors.

The end result is a pair of earphones that are made for the rigors of daily use from the music fan on the go! Amazing sound clarity, hard-rocking bass, and durability. Who could ask for more?

What? You want Aerosmith to play at your birthday party? OK, you CAN ask for more!

Note: For best results these earphones should be broken in by playing pink noise through them for about 24 hours. The difference in sound quality before and after the pink noise break-in period can be quite dramatic.

Pros: Clear, decent lows, mids and highs.

    Cons: Slightly tinny sound.

Though there are better earphones out there, you have spend at least twice as much. Satisfied with my purchase!

Good sound for the money paid.

Great sound, great price, extra pad sizes included

Pros: sound, price, most of the build quality, extra sizes of ear pieces (pads)

Cons: none really. white cord still a bit twisty but that will likely ease the more I wear them

I am impressed with the sound, very nice for small head phones. The sound is well balanced and does produce more bass than one might expect for small headphones. I appreciated the extra ear pads but so far staying with the installed medium. I order white as some reviewers found the wires on others can create some noise. So far I found the white to remain a bit twisty. Hopefully that will ease off as I continue to use them - but its a fairly minor inconvenience for what is a great sounding ear phone. It does make it easier to wipe clean if needed. Wearing is a bit awkward at first but once in mine don't move or slip out. I've worn them up to 2 hours at time & been fine.

Pros: great sound stage for the price and on par with more expensive offerings at local retailers

Cons: not at all in anyway replacements or substitutions to Over-the-Ear Pro Headphone

So i bought these along with a set of Premium Hi-Fi DJ Style Over-the-Ear Pro Headphone (8323) and they do not compare at all in no way.
They are great for ear buds how every and do fit the bill of high end ear buds so for the price they are a great buy indeed

    Pros: -Good sound quality
    -Durable
    -$6-$8 price range

Cons: -for me, there are none.

I love these earbuds to death. So much in fact, that when one pair breaks, I just order another, which is part of what makes them so great. They have really good sound quality and fit very comfortably in my ears, they last quite a bit longer than other, much more expensive earbuds I've owned, and they are so cheap that even when they break, it's basically a non-issue. I should note though that I am in no way a sound expert. But if you're looking for the fanciest of fancy earbuds, what are you doing looking at these in the first place?

Pros: 1. The sound is okay, I guess. Nothing to write home about.
    2. Cheaper than some other earbuds. But by no means the best bang for your buck.

Cons: 1. The size, they are so huge I struggle with calling them earbuds.
    2. The cables don't fall strait out of the ear. The way you are supposed to wear these, the cables come out towards your face before gravity takes over. Why?
    3. Modifications to make them even remotely comfortable. Sounds like most people don't recommend using them out of the box as is, because they are SO UNCOMFORTABLE!
    4. I bought about 8 different earbuds in this price range including 2 other earbuds from monoprice, and some as much as $20 from amazon to do a comparison. For my money, I cant recommend these earbuds. The Panasonic RPHJE120Ks are cheaper, more comfortable, and have better overall sound quality even when compared to the modified monoprice earbuds. Do yourself a favor and pick up some of the Panasonic earbuds instead.

These earbuds are mediocre at best, even after the modifications recommended in other reviews I fail to see the merit of these earbuds.
