    Awesome CAT6 Plugs.

    Pros: Easy to use
    Secure hold on sleeve

    Cons: None.

These plugs work great and are very easy to use. Ignore reviews saying they don't work I assume those people don't actually know how to make any RJ45 cables. The insert makes the process much easier and in my experience the best way to this connector is to line up and straighten your cables in the right order, cut them flush with each other, hold the small insert and aim and push the wires in and they fill find their ways into the holes even though the holes are spaced up and down, and run the cables tips just past the end. After that you simply push the insert into the plug, crimp, and you're done.

Pros: Provides the easiest way known to me to attach the RJ45 connector to Ethernet wire. Such a breeze, Cannot wait till we start on the next camera.

    Cons: Absolutely none.

First let me say that I am seventy years old. I am using these RJ45 connectors on Cat6 wire as I hook up security cameras. I absolutely love these connectors with the insert. The insert is the very reason I purchased them to start with. I cannot understand why anyone would not feel the same as I do. The only issue I had was with my old eyes. Before placing the RJ45 connector into the crimping tool, I used a flashlight to ensure that I had all the colors in the correct place. I then inserted the included insert into the connector and made my crimp, electronically tested the cable ends. With all eight green lights being light, I am ready for the next one.

    Pros: Super easy to use.

    Cons: None.

I love these. I don't understand how anyone can use the non-insert versions sold by other vendors. These things are the way to go. I've terminated hundreds of cables with these things... if it doesn't work then the problem is you, not these plugs (or you're using the stranded connectors with solid wire, or vice versa, then the problem is still you).

Works great, inserts are awesome, doesn't fail

Pros: Inserts make it so easy to get cable correctly inside the plug, never get a wire crossing with another.
    Full gigabit, cheap price.

Cons: I must admit the cable jacket stopper is a bit disapointing, but since I don't pull my cables very often I can deal with that.
The stopper still works decently on cable that are big enough espacially with twisted pair cables having a platstic separator indise, the jacket get stuck inside pretty well but with 24 AWG not twisted without separator, the cable is too small so the two small pins can hold the jacket inside.

Every single termination and patch cord I have made are working at gigabit speeds as expected.
Jacket may not be held correctly on every type of cable but still solid enough.
I personnally take a precision screwdriver to push the insert as deep as possible and to make sure the wires are well placed when you crimp it.

0 % of failed terminations (So far)

Pros: High confidence that your termination wiring is good the 1st time

Cons: solid wire & stranded wire is not clearly marked on parts.

I rate this type of product by the amount of reject or construction failures of the termination product, which causes reworks and cable waste. Plus there is a high degree of confidence that termination wiring is good THE 1ST TIME!
