Pros: great price. They work every time.

Cons: None.

I prefer these over Leviton and they fit in Leviton plates when needed. They are the only Keystones I use.

Pin4 (solid blue) Doesn't Punch Down

Pros: Inexpensive, decent keystone, easy to use.

Cons: Have lots of trouble with pin 4, the solid blue wire, punching down fully into the wire clip.

Most of these have been pretty decent keystones however, we have been having lots of trouble getting the solid blue wire to punch down into the clip on several of these jacks. You have to pay close attention when punching the wire down into the clip because the middle part of the wire just curves around the clip and does not make good contact. The only thing that works is to use a very small, fine blade screwdriver to gently push the middle part of the wire down into the clip. Or we just have to throw the bad one away and start over.

Pros: solid jack, easy to punch down. inexpensive.

I just finished a job last night where we installed 30 of these with monoprice wall plates. all good stuff. punch downs are solid and the jacks have a nice tight fit in the wall plates.
