Pros: Short for short jobs why get long ones?
Yes, they're short. But sometimes you need to connect parts that sit right next to each other, and you don't need loops of extra patch cord in the way. These are perfect for that, and they're priced right.

It's a cable, works great, looks nice. Using this to connect the gigabit switch I also bought from Monoprice with my existing Linksys wireless router because I needed more ports. Works great!
